Could you please explain how to group projects into folders. In your video I see you have them, like the folder with the clients. But when I try to find any info about it, it seems like asana doesn’t have this option. Please help

I hope you can help me with Asana reporting. I've been wonder how/where can I get a report on a task's date/time it was assigned and the date/time a task was completed. The reports I get to see are just from date to date. I need to compute for the actual hours x hourly rate. Please help.

When you export tasks or create reports, you should be able to use the 'Marked as done time'. However, there is no assigned time. You could use the date the task was created (assuming it's created and assigned at the same time)

Hi there, does Asana has an activity log? It's stated on their pricing comparison on each plan, however it doesn't exist in Asana? Is that right?

Yes, if you look at the bottom of your task, you'll see a log of updates and changes made to the task.

@@minor-co Thank you for clearing that up. However, this is on task-level. If I assign a task to someone, they can simply (or by mistake) delete the task + there is no notification that this has happened + no way for me to retrieve the deleted task or even know that it happened. For me this was a crucial dealbreaker for not using Asana. Has that situation been improved yet? Or it doesn't bother you? Cheers!

@@vossenjonk3448 you can "catch" those tasks be rules or saved searches.
