I’d say Emma Mckeon is the GOAT of woman’s swimming considering she received 7 medals, including 4 gold medals, at the Tokyo Olympic Games alone. Or at the very least, shes a close competitor for the title 🤙🏼

Perhaps for long distance, but for short distance McKeon for sure takes the current title of GOAT. Can’t really say someone is GOAT of swimming unless they dominate both long distance and short distance. Currently two GOATs in swimming, one for long distance and the other for short distance.

Such a natural. Still hasn't got the bleach out of her hair, the luv, and there she is, for all to see, medals and everything. A proud moment for her, and by extension, for USA, baby.:)

Watching her has changed my freestyle. I do small quick kicks and grab at the water with my forward strokes. She has remained my favorite swimmer for many years now.

Even if you don't like swimming or necessarily like The Olympics how can you not love this remarkable young woman. Katie is a National Treasure.

As an Aussie it was so great watching her and our girl Ariana battle it out in the 2, 4, 8 hundred was amazing, she is a wonderful person

They're obviously so focussed at the Olympics, so its great to see her personality shine here :)

As a former competitive swimmer myself, all I want to say to Ledeckey is YAAASSS QUEEEN. You are such an inspiration, and I reallly want to get back to competitive swimming swimming after getting into college. I love you so much. She is so beautiful, and a sweet and humble person.

My daughter loves her too. But she graduated 22 years ago. she still loves her. I asked if she would want to practice with her just once. She replied no, I don't like getting embarrassed.

I don’t really know why but this made me cry. She’s just such a humble and beautiful human. I swam competitively for 15 years of my life. Ultimately I chose to run track in college rather than swim. I miss it so much and I love following the sport and seeing all Katie does.
