Jericho admitted in an interview on That Metal Show that he only shoved the fan because of her spitting at his face and those fans were charged with public intoxication. He was worried that the fan was gonna do something really bad, after the murder of Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, arena and stadium security need to be on point with these situations.

The bit about Micky isn't true, in Jericho's book he said they became good friends and kept in contact for a few months then fell out of contact. Micky got over his anger for Chris when they actually met in person after Chris convinced him he was just 'in character' in Larry King and Micky laughed and said, "Do you're telling me I have an Academy Award and you outacted me?"

It really sucks that WWE hides chris benoit's matches. I mean I understand why and yeah, what he did was absolutely horrendous terrible and horrifying. But the other wrestlers involved shouldn't have great moments of their wrestling history scrubbed just because the WWE doesn't want to seem like they're promoting him.

It's not right but it's not wrong either, what Benoit did was so bad, mentioning him just brings back more bad memories than good, he almost destroyed the business, dont forget how dire things were when he died and everyone found out what had happened, it was such a huge story and I felt scared for wrestling.

NUMBER 9 IS WRONG! I was at that house show and the fans were laughing and booing Jericho when he kicked the flag. You know, like you do to a heel. We all understood that everything was a work, everything was about his character. But here's the thing: there' a stupid law in Brazil that says you CAN'T denigrate the national flag. So the brazilian army/security/police/whatever was there threatened to stop the show and get Jericho arrested unless he'd apologize to the crowd, which he did.

I like that he basically plays the "hasbeen who can still kinda hang, but not really and doesn't want to admit it", but I really dislike his "make stuff up on the spot" moments like last night on RAW or the "Apple" moment before the Money in the Bank ladder match. They just make him look really, really dumb. I get that Jericho is basically comic relief at this point but those moments are just cringey.

So Chris Jericho not getting put in the main event for WrestleMania 2000 must be why WWE decided to put Y2J in the main event 2 years later as then-Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania X8 in his home country of Canada, also because that Jericho had to give the WWE Championship back to Triple H after referee Earl Hebner did a fast-count. Even though Jericho didn't win at WrestleMania X8, he must have been really happy that all of his Canadian friends and family saw him walk onstage, down on the ramp and into the ring with the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship around his waist and over his shoulder.

To be fair to Jericho, the Undisputed Championship was tossed around more times than Sunny in the 90's during its tenure. Jericho won it at Vengeance, HHH won it at Wrestlemania the following year, Hulk Hogan won it at Backlash less than a month later, Taker would win it a month later at Judgment Day, The Rock would win it two months later at Vengeance, Lesnar would beat The Rock at Summerslam before it became the WWE Championship again.

To this day I maintain that Jericho simply handing back the WWF title belt on Raw in 2000 didn't make any sense. Let him at least keep the belt for the remainder of the show, then have Triple H screw him out of the title in a main event rematch.
