I know a friend who was told that she got the promotion as the VP last April , but she didn’t say a word to anyone until she finally got the confirmation and was made the VP in July. For 3 months, she didn’t tell anyone about it. That’s what I would say she’s real smart 😂…basically she’s a very nice person, high EQ, friendly but never intrusive, she truly deserves the promotion.

I’m getting better at this my financial info how many hours I work or how big my paycheck is not anyone s business I change the conversation. I don’t tolerate manipulation not a quality I want in my life . The hard thing is finding someone I can truly trust . Pre-pandemic at the office I'd be frequently asked about my husband and family, a topic that is a huge no-no to discuss. Yes, the other married women would discuss their husbands non-stop, but mine is off limits. Not to mention I'd even have them ask if they could meet my husband. Uh, no?

@@truth-alwayswins I bought some BTC at $30K a couple of years ago. Today it is at $62K. My bet is that it is going higher. Meanwhile, all your cash is worth about 12% to 20% less over the past two years due to inflation. And true price inflation is a lot more than CPI.
