I’ve been running 7 days a week for the past 23 years, and am up to 62 full marathons. I relate to Eliud so much with all of these things. Especially his philosophy. I’m not naturally suited to be a runner genetically. Probably better for me to be a wrestler or football player. But I don’t care. I like running, and always want to do it anyway, and keep improving. I also believe that nothing is impossible if you just keep trying and set your mind to it. I’ve been trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon now for all 23 years I’ve been running, and still haven’t gotten it. But I absolutely will eventually. I’ve come within just 3 minutes of it a few times. And when I do it will be even more meaningful than ever. There are times that I just wish that I had the raw talent that some elites have. But then some of these thing likely would be as special when I achieve them. So I just keep going. 🏃🏻‍♂️

@@sebastianpeheim8851 Or he is just aware that A LOT of todays music kill your mental, your strength, your will, your confidence … Music is the easiest ways to change your mind, and especially your subconscious mind, so when you listen to bad music, with bad vibes and negatives words all days, you will become like that, you are what you listen, you see, you eat. We are also made of 70% water, and dr masaru emoto made a water experiment, exposing water to different kind of music and words, positive or negative, and in the microscope you can see that when you say something like i love you to the water, or put classic music you can see geometric form like snowflake, but when you say bad words like i hate you or metal rock music, the water doesn’t produce anything, just a bunch of molecules here and there, same for the light (photons) an experiment wzs made by the army and it’s basically the same things, we human being affect the outside world with our toughts and emotions (vibrations), this is scientifically proven now, and you can become happy by changing your subconscious mind, in fact you can be anything you want with your subconscious mind.
