10 Surprisingly Easy Tips to Wake Up at 5AM | Wake Up Earlier 🔆

These 10 surprisingly easy tips have helped me wake up at 5am or wake up earlier in general. Waking up at 5am and being a morning person was never something I thought I could do, and now I don't mind waking up early in the morning at 5AM to workout and then go to work. Waking up at 5AM, 6AM, or even 8AM can all be done with these easy tips on how to wake up earlier! If you're wondering how to wake up at 5am, how to wake up earlier, or how to be a morning person -- I hope these tips help you!
In terms of sleeping earlier, I would say just try waking up at 5AM no matter what time you sleep. Then...for sure...you will fall asleep earlier the next day! Hehehe.

    i have an alarm for 5:40 and another one for six. i tend to just sit in bed for a long time and not get up, so i set my alarm for 5:40 so i can lay in bed for 20 minutes and actually get up

    1- plan (write it down) 2-avoid caffeine 3-don’t drink water right before going to sleep (so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night) 4-what are yours reasons to wake up early? 5-set your alarm clock away from you 6-set a purpose (to get you out of bed) 7-don’t hit the snooze button 8-make your bed 9-look forward to something to do after waking up 10-drink a glass of water (as soon as you wake up) 11-make it a habit loved the video btw

    You’re lucky. I literally downed 32 oz in an hour, maybe a bit more because I got a fresh bottle for my workout, 3 FREAKING HOURS BEFORE I WENT TO BED. AND I STILL HAD TO PEE.

    Can you do a “how to maintain relationships (friends and family)” especially considering you sleep at different hours compared to most of the world? I want to have a 5am routine but i worry relationships will fade

    Reem Mohamed if, for example, you live in another country than your family and the only opportunity to talk to them, because of time zones, is at 1am waking up at 5am isn’t realistic

    @@reemmohamed8847 I guess different timezones, but also going to bed different time to your partner could be difficult. Or texting friends in the evenings if they get off work at 10, 11pm etc.

    Instead of having an annoying alarm, I set my fav song for my alarm and it really helps me to waking up 😄😊😄
