So the jist of this is that Ozzy doesn't ever completely close his mouth while singing... Ironic because he barely opens it when talking.... What was cool to me is how many of these sound like they could legimiately be different Ozzy songs. I think Enya was the most surprising. That felt like it was in the same vein as Mama I'm Coming Home ... and I suppose it was meant to... but it worked really well.

Endyo It's more that he doesn't enunciate and some syllables he totally drops. Which follows his speech pattern, it sounds better singing because he holds notes and has such a rich voice.

Endyo what I've always found so interesting about Ozzy is that he has possibly the most slurred, drugged up speech in the industry in normal speaking engagements. He is almost impossible to undersrand. However, when he sings, he may be the easiest person to understand in the metal genre. Like his lyrics are always sung so clearly that you don't need lyrics in front of u to sing along.

True, he doesn't have Pete's voice. But his ToN-styled covers are amazing nonetheless. There are a few tribute bands out there who nail the voice, but none of them get the exact feeling right. They all sound like they're copying ToN. Anthony manages to capture the idea. It's not a copy but more of a »this is what they actually might have come up with, if they had covered that song«. And that's quite unique.

His voice isn't exactly the same nor is it bassy enough, but again, I think his covers are the closest to the general ToN feel. It's incredible how close he can get to this unique sound and I'm absolutely in awe whenever I listen to his versions. And I'm so thankful for what he does. I hope he'll be kind enough to give us a little bit more in the future.

"Humble" needs to be covered fully IMO. Loved it!
