    Mam my beater is 260w so whenni whipped mechine heats I know that already but it's budget friendly. My question is when we are whipping in the middle we can give little rest or not.

    Yes.. because 260 watts beater takes too much time to beat cream so use 300+watts beater...n u can keep your Whipped Cream in freezer for minimum 2days if you want to use it next day otherwise freshly beated cream is always good for icing 👍

    I have a question please answer. I bought heavy whipping cream of nestle and put it in freezer, also chilled my bowl and blade of whisker. But whenever I try to beat it, it never becomes stiff. And even after putting in freezer it never sets firmly. It remains very flowy and liquidy. Never have been able to use whipping cream for desserts like that because of this reason.

    You might have whipped it a lot, you need to whip till it make soft peaks and not hard peaks
