Hey Samson! I have a video recommendation! While many eBay related topics are relevant globally and covered by many of the International eBay KZreadrs, one topic you are in the unique position to talk about is the subject of eBay and Tax in Australia. Not tax advice but considerations and tips and maybe how you have things setup, the records you keep, deductions to consider, GST, what elements you take care of and what parts are better handled by an accountant etc, few people can speak about the Australian experience like yourself, I'd love to see a video on that.

Is your wholesale business still operating?
The Sku System - you have to move items to refill your tubs as they start to empty. With 10k items, this would take time.... I can't believe it's "it doesn't take too long" thing OR you need a lot of extra space to keep adding new items without having to move the items.. Not criticising, I know this is a common method, just curious. It's way better than my "where the heck did I put that" method :)

For me/my employee, it takes a little over 2 hours to consolidate 10k items. When doing this, you don’t consolidate when the box is full/close to full. Just when there is a lot of space. I get this done every 2-3 weeks rn

To your initial point, you don't need to count calories per se...you need to count grams of fat. If you eat a minimal amount of fat you can consume an almost unlimited amount of calories if its coming from non fat sources. This will be better for your mental health and allow you to get more stuff done without stimulants such as caffeine.
