There is no job in the world that’s worth crossing that flooded mountain pass in a vehicle. Couldn’t pay me enough. Remember it only takes 18 inches of water to float a car…right off of the mountain.

The thing I notice about all these videos, is when a person is faced with a massive natural event, no matter what language they speak, all they seem to be able to do is repeat the same phrase over and over.

The thing I notice is how so many people turn into complete morons and start recording on their phones without paying attention to their quickly changing surroundings...standing inches away from disaster and trying to get even closer.
It always amazes when you see videos of incoming tidal waves and people are just stood around there watching it, as if seemingly entirely oblivious to the danger that is heading there way.

Splash(ed off the) Mountain
I remember being in a flash flood when I was at school. We were doing a work experience thing and we had to leave early because of everything and the thing is I don’t drive (18, now 26 still don’t drive) and so I had to wait until the cleaners picked me and another kid up to the train station where the trains weren’t working and eventually they closed everything and told us to find accomodation elsewhere. So here’s me, cold, wet, no food or money and trying to find somewhere dry. Eventually I overheard that the library was open to people and I stayed there until my former father came to get me at nearly midnight. Wondering why it took so long? He had to get off work. Used to be the worst day of my life but that changed when our beloved dog died last September.😢😢
Now that i watch these videos a lot and i mean every day i’m scared to go to some of these countries mostly because of the disasters😢

Saw that. What I have tried to figure out is if there is something like a dog left standing on the SUV stuck in the flood, or if that dark thing you can see near the hood is something like a car snorkel. The latter might explain why the young guys got stuck in the middle of the flood, they maybe thought they could drive through it due to having a car that should have been able to handle even a bit deeper water.
Biggest NOPES! That road with cascading water! Nah! 😮
The amount of people that put themselves in harms way is ridiculous. Humans have lost the respect of mother nature. They really need to get that back and there's only one way that's gona happen. A catastrophe of monumental proportions. Phones seem to be peoples force field of protection.

*Absolutely captivating footage that effectively portrays the dangers of road rage*
6:40 that is literally insane 😮
Mothering Nature is Wildn'out
These are devastating recordings. The ridiculous part is that some of these otherwise incredible recordings were captured on a perfectly good wide angle cameras, but the stupidity of some idiot turning the camera vertical and capturing a very narrow image, with lots of that wide angle wasted on shoes and sky. THAT'S the ridiculous part. People are not getting any smarter.
Ok hold on just a sec I think I have miss understood what he said.....at 8:55.... just short of the world ending...there is no way in hell would I willing push a pice of equipment that's good into a failing hole with that much water flowing through it...
Unless the folks were rescue workers, what job were they reporting to? That's both ridiculous and laughable 😆😆😆 These folks need to be forced to keep safe than rush into such danger.
Natures fury is truely teryfiring thank you for the authentic footage
19:00 what are the concrete rectangles being made right in the flood area? I’m an architect and assumed foundations for small structures but their too close together and in a danger area so really curious what they are and why they’re being made here
