JORDAN"s Bulls defeated seven 60+ win teams ( a record for a dynasty team in a decade ) and 20-teams that had between 50-59 wins. JORDAN was guarded by *Defensive Player of the Year* players in the playoffs several times. *Dennis Rodman- 2x DPOY.* *Sidney Moncrief-2x DPOY.* *Alvin Robertson- 1x DPOY.* *Gary Payton- 1x DPOY.* The paint was patrolled by Shaquille O"Neal, Alonzo Mourning, Dikembe Mutombo, Patrick Ewing, Karl Malone, Shawn Kemp, Brad Daugherthy, Larry Nance and Chris Webber.

@@TheTariqibnziyad Dude it’s not even that my Niqqa. If we’re talking about overall basketball skill. SKILL not accolades. I think Kd personally the goat only because he simply has the ability to shoot over anyone of any era. I’ve seen him shoot over Kawhi hand with ease. So he can do that to Pipen, Gary , any premium defensive person Kd can shoot over. Remember somehow Tony Allen locked up KObe I seem Kd literally just shoot over him. Again Kawhi is taller or about the same height as Scottie Pipen how is Kd not shooting over him. Anyway Lebron is even more goat the Jordan and Gilbert arena said it best it’s his ability to always make the right play. Gilbert like me acknowledges that truly open all part of your game you have to be willing to pass and set up teammates. Passing is apart of basketball. What mind bottles me is MJ played point guard and was amazing. Imagine if MJ played Pg and Scottie and the Sg. Maybe Rodman can play Sf. Holy shit. But Mj literal ego hinder him from amazing parts of the game. Unlike Lebron who truly reached basket perfection skill wise. Accolade wise Lebron did not Achieve perfection but Basketball skill wise it would be disrespectful to not call Lebron James better then mj. I’m sorry Mj mindset would limit him from being dominant in certain era. Plus Mj would definitely be in MVP conversation but we’re talking Basketball skill wise an Lebron being able to be more durable and pass way better will make him just little little little tiny bit better then Mj. An before you say well what is a little I’ll show you how a little separate to amazing player. We all regard Steph curry to be better then klay at shooting. But imagine if Klay could create for himself. He’s now a little bit better then curry because Klay is better on defense and still can play off ball. If I asked you now I’ll give you curry as is or a Klay with the ability to create his own shots your going to take Klay. Although curry is the better shooter and space creator but it’s Klay ability to play defense and off ball makes him little better

Six NBA Finals appearances, six titles, six MVPs. Whenever anyone questions Michael Jordan’s status as the greatest ever, it is usually this record that ends any and all arguments. Because, in other ways, other players are able to surpass Jordan. Bill Russell finished with more rings, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar finished with more points, and (sacrilege alert!) LeBron James might be a more dangerous all-around player. And, as James seeks his 11th straight Finals appearance, it can be debated that just getting to the Finals is an enormous accomplishment in and of itself. But what cannot be debated is, that each and every time Jordan made the Finals, he not only won, but was named MVP every single time. 6 for 6 6x MVP is nothing to sneeze at, thats extremely difficult to accomplish, and that record may never be Broken. For someone to be considered better than Jordan they would have to go 7 for 7, 7x Finals MVP. Perfection is hard to top.

Wilt Chamberlain downplayed Michael Jordan by saying that the league back in his time made rules to stop him while the league during MJ's era changed the rules in favor of MJ. It's as if he tried to assert his superiority over Jordan. Tsk tsk tsk. At least Jordan respects the players who competed before him and whom he never faced in the league. Jordan knows he's the shit. He doesn't need to try to assert his superiority over others these days.

He has the same amount of made clutch shots in his first 3peat as LBJ did in his entire 10 year finals appearances & one less made shot than Kobe’s entire finals career. @Someone What’s your point? Michael actually played defense so if he was “fatigued,” it was because King Lame was....we’ll lame on the hustle back to play defense. He’s a big guy who can dunk. But he can’t shoot when he’s 10 feet way from the basket. What would have happened if King James tried to jump for a dunk with 3 players holding onto his shorts. He’d be stopped back in the day and sent to the line and throw up bricks. MJ would be pulled down from the dunk and somehow still create a shot that would go in then end up at the line to drain it. Mic drop.

I don't get why these stupid Lebron fans are salivating to proclaim him as the greatest. When Jordan was being labelled the GOAT after his first chip, true fans knew it was too soon. Jordan fans respected other greats too and were not toxic about it. There was no debate, just RESPECT. Never have I heard REAL NBA analysts discredit other greats just to uplift Jordan. But what Jordan did was let his game speak for itself. He proved why he is the best player in the world by achieving his first 3 peat which cemented his legacy. He walked away primarily because of the death of his dad, and he had nothing left to prove. The 2nd 3 peat immortalized him as THE GOAT. He went to the Wizards as a business opportunity, but itched to prove to HIMSELF that he could still play with the best. Didn't care if that decision would affect his legacy or his legendary stats. Now Lebron, that dude's career is all over the place. He's played longer but still is very short of what Jordan has accomplished. This is despite having all the help he needs in every franchise he's been with. His skill & fundamentals, IQ, and desire to win at all costs is so far behind Jordan's. Plus the fact that Lebron does the most god-awful flops and says the cringiest things, I find it fascinating how his fans still try to make sense out of his silly antics and decisions. He wants his damn respect! Someone tell him and his fan boys that RESPECT IS EARNED, NOT GIVEN.

@@bigb8862 you’re delusional if you don’t think LBJ is at the same level as MJ. First off you’re not wrong when you say that bron has played MVP caliber players such as AD, Kyrie, and D-wade. But don’t act like MJ didn’t play with Scottie pippen who was an MVP caliber player as well. Then you bring up the fact that lebron has beat less 50+ win teams in the playoffs. Which is a misleading stat because while teams usually are great in the regular season and in the playoffs. There are some teams that are great in the regular season but turn bad in the playoffs. A great example are the cavs and the 76rs that both had over 50 wins and lost in the first round to MJ despite having a great record. This stat is also misleading cause the KD warriors won 55 games yet are considered the greatest team in NBA history. So regular season games don’t really matter in the playoffs. Then you bring up the fact that MJ “had rules made for him and still beat the pistons” even though the pistons literally owned MJ and the bulls for like 3 years 😂. Then you bring up another point which is that ”Lebron needed breaks and MJ didn’t” even though Jordan took like 3 year long breaks to replenish his ability. Which was one of the main reasons he could play till he was like 40. Lebron takes breaks because he load manages to save his energy for the playoffs. And most of the games he takes off are against bad teams like the hornets or the kings. And while Lebron does have only one season where he played 82 games. If you look at his total games per season you will notice that most of the time he’ll play like 72-78 games a season which is still super good. If anything MJ playing every single game was bad long term because his energy would be down in the playoffs. And how can you say that “bron had it sweeter than MJ” even though lebron literally had to go up against all time great teams like the spurs and the warriors without help equal to those teams. And off the court MJ had it way sweeter than lebron cause bron is hated for literally anything he says and the media comes for him the most stupid things. Like for example, when he showed up at his sons bronny’s basketball game and started having fun and dunking. The media literally said “lebron is trying to steal his son’s shine and spotlight what a front runner” and Lebron has also had the word “nigger” sprayed at the gate of his house. Lebron in my opinion isn’t even the GOAT yet but I think it’s time people start showing some respect for lebron cause he’s really one of the nicest guys in the league and a great basketball player. But most importantly a great family man and Human being in general. I love both MJ and Bron. Have a good day brother.

We can never have MJ and lebron play professionally against one another. However, one thig is absolutely for certain and not even debatable: If they HAd played in the same era and both been at their respective peaks at the exact same time, is there anyone dumb enough to think that MJ wouldn't have targeted lebron and focused so obsessively on him every time they played that he would have eventually made lebron say 'no mas'? MJ had no quit in him. We have seen lebron quit more times than I can count. MJ would have been so relentless in his persecution of lebron on the court, he would have made lebron either play harder which would have ended with him either being gassed before halftime or injured, or just straight-up quit. MJ was a killer and lebron would have just been another lamb for the slaughter. I laugh when idiots like jwill ask who MJ ever played that was like lebron. The real question is who has lebron ever played with the obsessively-targeted killer instinct combined with the two-way skills of MJ? The closest was Koby and we see how that worked out. His supporters shout how he owns all the stats records. guess what? He just became the turn-over leader of all time too. What does that say for longevity?

It's game time" - MJ led Bulls have the most all defensive team in their starting line-up in modern NBA history while also having the league leader in scoring It was not just about stats, it was about greatness overall. The pre-game huddle, the starting five intro, the fear and intimidation they brought to the game even before the game started, and they way they fashioned their championship runs is just....legendary! The GOAT is the player who does not elevate his play with his stats, but also elevated the players he plays with and made his teams historically great.

They dare to try and compare Brady to him.

Better yet other than Pip can you imagine if MJ played w/someone of same caliber or better offensively?? Imagine if rules were as easy as today? Or the advancement in training etc. to extend careers?
