  • @xNaxdy

It was the first voice that was given to him since he got the disease. He actually chose to keep it himself, in fact they are no longer creating computers using that voice, so he relies on an emulator which makes it possible to use the voice on newer operating systems.

To all Atheists, Agnostics, or rational individuals, there is an extremely small number of you who were not religious at one point, you are the future of every religious person you hate, give them time to make the adjustments and realizations you have. Keep informing them, but dont be so angry, it makes you out to sound ignorant and stubborn, be like Hawking, Tyson, or Nye. Give them a chance, many of them are young, and those who are old, ehhh they'll die soon.

Excellent post. Granted it is none of my business but why such an incendiary name? I started to skip right past your comment, thinking i would see a tirade of bigotry and the usual hate filled invective of the party line. Instead I read a thoughtful comment that made me think of how I am so guilty of just what you warn against. I want them to change now! ... but now I more clearly see that is not the goal and not my business, and I need to be patient. Thanks again for the post.

For everyone saying, "Oh! This universe is perfect for us to live in. the planet placed perfectly around the sun, oxygen, water, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! and this all points to intelligent design!" Well all i can say to that is this. HOW THE FUCK IS THIS PLANET PERFECT FOR US! I know it's hard to find a planet in the habitable zone, but the sheer amount of stars out there just takes out chance and it means that it is almost impossible that there is no life like us in the universe. and also there are so many things that could kill us instantaneously in this universe. for example. a fucking huge solar flare, and meteorite hitting the earth, a rogue planet entering our solar system, a burst of radiation coming from a quasar or a supernova. we could all be destroyed tomorrow! anything could happen in this universe. well, except a god.

Yeah. That's more like it. I'm glad someone understands; but I think the very term multiverse is wrong, as there is only ONE Universe. The term Universe is supposed to mean everything, so the Universe does not simply mean this Universe, it means all infinity and realities. Also, I simply disagree with Hawking's assertion of the Universe beginning with the Big Bang. I think that either there was more than one, or the Universe existed as a different phase of space proceeding it, governed by physics we cannot currently conceive of. Just as we can imagine things an ape couldn't, an alien with a brain capacity much greater than ours could think of things beyond what we could. Just being humble here, after all, even people like Stephen Hawking don't have ALL the answers, like he doesn't know how to open up a wormhole for our use, since he's still human.

Megatom Regardless of how many big bangs there may have been or were, the question of what came before it/them will still exist. As even with a cycle as the multiverse theory proposes, there has to be some sort of event to begin the cycle, as well as an environment in which the cycle is to exist. "What was there before the Big Bang?" "Well, there were multiple Big Bangs and it all exists as part of a cycle of expansion and collapsing in the Universe" "Okay, so how did that all start then?"

Truth Teller God is a fairy tale! Science makes objective claims and must have empirical evidence to verify them. Religion makes objective claims with no empirical evidence to verify them, claiming one must simply "have faith" When science is found to be wrong it changes to adapt to the new information, growing further closer to total precise knowledge. When religion is found to be wrong it denies it, either using rhetoric in attempts to claim it was never wrong, or ignoring the conflicting data entirely. Religion always claims to be in infallible. ALL claims are unfalsifiable. Science and religion are two completely different and incompatible doctrines. If you believe otherwise you misunderstood at least one of them.

MakarasTube As risky as it is, I don't think anyone on this Earth is angry or dumb enough to want to leave it in ruins over any matter. Every person possesses a characteristic of self-preservation. H-bombs exist and have yet to be used in any catastrophic manner. Nuclear power is the next frontier to life on Earth as using it more popularly could reverse some of the effects of global warming and actually make the planet healthier and easier to live in.

This is ultimately what String Theory is. The notion a universe being made from other universes is not out of the question and has been brought up. In fact, if you look at String Field Theory with the Multiverse/Omniverse/Panverse, you will see that it has been explained in such a way like that before, the universe being bubbles.

+Sammy197 hahaha scientists cant even agree with their ridiculous theories and science actually agrees with the bible when the bible hits on points of science. Like in Job, when he says the skin of your teeth, the system of how rain falls and is drawn up into clouds and falls again, the circle of the earth in Isaiah long before they even imagined the earth to be round but they believed it was flat....If God wrote a book on how he created the Universe your thimble like brain could not even grasp it...but Religion is its own worst enemy stating the Universe was created in seven literal days which is absolute crap because the bible never said that..it said creative days, not literal days meaning how many days and years it took could be millions...like when you say in the days of your forefathers was not one literal day. Then theirs the ridiculous theory of evolution...OK Mr brain show me one instance of observable evidence that one species has changed into another species, just one either through actual eyewitness proof or through actual scientific experiments...you will not find ONE...its theory and now look up what theory means... The point is thebible says: the fool says "their is no God" and when your long dead, God will continue to exist....even Hawkins speaks about "design" and to have design their has to be a designer...even a big bang, this enormous explosion of dynamic energy that mathematically engineered the design of the Universe and an earth to sustain life wreaks says Hawkins of design and behind all design their is a designer....
