When I went cold turkey on sugar, I stopped having low energy, no more headaches early in the morning, I'm not as heavy and thick as I used to be, no bloating, can control my food consumption... I really agree that sugar is bad, bad, bad for ones overall wellbeing.

Sugar makes you get more hungry, crave for more carbs/sugar. Some of the names they use are: Aspartame, fructose, glucose, saccharine etc. Sometimes they write the sugar as Sucre and some people may not know it's same. Thank you for this Video.

Aspartame and saccharine are not sugar but artificial sugars, they don't increase glucose levels and negligible calories.. Hence recommended as an option for diabetics.
