Awesome video, great interaction and tips. It's so nice to get the voices of experience. I am almost 2 years in (Etsy, mainly), going through my second Q4. Really looking forward to getting the feedback from this one, to truly see what's working and what's not. I love the tip about introducing new niches/themes/concepts for Q4, since that's when the big uptick in sales happens. I have items that have been up for several months with no interest, that are selling now out of the blue. You really gotta wait to find out what Q4 tells you! Thank you and Happy Holidays, guys.

Great video and tips! Any extra suggestions for someone that just made tier 25 on Merch, or just treat it like you’re still in tier ten by rotating designs frequently (every 2 weeks or so) to find something that works.

Yup... keep the ones that work and rotate out the ones that don't after 3 weeks or so.... also put all your working designs an as many products and marketplaces you can

Hello guys, great info, thank you. Once you submit your design can you make changes THE NEXT DAY like adding a coma and sentence to the product name and slight change to the Brand name? 🙏

Great suggestion! So on most Print on Demand site you can change anything the next day... If you are on Amazon you can't change the design but you can change anything else like the title, price, description, etc.

On Merch I believe it’s Port & Co for their standard tee which is just like a gildan 5000. On Etsy i sell the Gildan Softstyle for $28-ish and the B+C for about $35 (and then $6 shipping).

Yes of course! Do the research before designing anything. Find out what people want to buy and design something great and original for those people

@@DetourShirts I did the research, I made unique designs, but I am not a designer so probably this is a huge problem. I priced them low , thinking this will be a good thing to catch some sells , but... nothing :(

Good designs is #1, but pricing too low gives the impression that your quality is also low ;) Have better or unique designs than your competitors, and price for the market :) Hope this helps!!
