Great list! I'm always filming for my channel, but having a dash camera even in your daily driver car is such good insurance against dishonest people, if you ever happen to "run into" one.

Thanks man. You could even repurpose an old cell phone collecting dust in a drawer into a dash cam if you wanted to. One less device!

Take it from a guy with 50+ years of riding, never have laces on your shoes, boots.

I see your point. I should mention that the laces on those particular alpinestars are not traditional laces, they're almost polygonal, and they feel weird. They aren't round. I suspect the kind of laces they use were chosen because they don't seem to come undone... but I'm just guessing. 10 years on and the soles are like racing slicks, but they've never unknotted on me. I don't know if this is by design or just by chance though. I would hope anyone making motorcycle boots would use special laces though.

@@YouMotorcycle It's not about them coming undone. I have had the loop catch on pegs, brake pedals, and other protrusions and keeping me from putting my foot down. That leads you to falling over with the bike on top of your foot / leg. Hurts and looks stupid.

Google "hearing protection clinic near me". Sorry if it sounds dumb, it's just that I had no idea these businesses existed. They do any and all things related to hearing. I paid about $100 Canadian, which was maybe $80 US. A pack of bunch of the foam ones is going to cost $10 anyway and eventually you run out, so if you plan on riding for years it pays for itself. They even have more expensive options where they put headphones built into it
