first thing in the morning my friend- never worked out today- tired from hanging with my beloved granddaughters in Atlanta- The weather was divine. Came back to frigid temps in New England- Sharing to AFS:)

This is day 5 of doing your workouts. Today I did the 10 min good morning dumbbell workout and this one. Feeling good. I can already see the muscles in my legs firming up.
