    I've been using this guided meditation for over 4 years now. It's served me through the journey of discovering my self and realising that I had always been a psycic medium. Experimenting with the different ways to ground my self this one is still the very best as it grounds your energy and also transmute energy that no longer serves you down your roots . It grounds balances and centres my energy . In my minds eye at the point where I expand the magnifecent light around me to connect to everything round me. I then add my own little touch . I vision a my energy and surround it with a huge golden metallic ball with the reflective surface on the outside 6 feet or more in all directions and fill it with golden white light. This is protecting your energy also known as sheilding . I set the intention that this golden ball will only allow energy through that's of 100% divine white light only the energy that serves for my highest and best and any other lower energies reflect and bounce back of the metallic sheild back to where they came from and so it is. Love and light to all that use this guided meditation,

    This was exactly what I needed after my rough start to the morning. I got home, showered, put on comfy clothes and laid down. Started the video, then put on noise canceling headphones and my sleeping eye mask. This knocked me out (literally for 10 minutes), and woke up feeling more positive. Thank you for making this content!

    I started to cry at the beginning of this meditation. Think I try to hold on to "negative" energy instead of letting it all go and accept what is right now I'm going through a rough time at the moment, lost one eye and "need" to accept the new ME, when I look at myself in the mirror. I know for sure (this) meditation will help me to accept and truly love myself, just the way I am 😊💞🙏

    I had a good cry during my session too. Our house burned down 9 years ago and I am dealing with depression. I am doing a course in techniques to get back to myself, as part of the course recommendation I picked up meditation. This is very powerful, I am certainly excited to do it daily.

    My first meditation of 2018! I want to do 365 meditations in 365 days this year. This one was perfect to start with. Anyone can do ten minutes and even in that small amount of time I feel more balanced, stronger, and ready to have a great day. Thank you!!!!

    I’m just getting into meditation. This was amazing! I did it outside with my feet in the grass I’ve never felt more centered or connected

    I had to comment again because I did this meditation a second time standing with my bare feet on the grass and it was truly amazing. I felt like you were speaking exactly to me. My pain and anxiety melted away. I feel awesome. Thank you. Peace.

    OMG This is the best grounding meditation !!!! Since I started my spiritual awakening I felt a strong vibration in my legs and it gave me anxiety. I learned that it is extra energy that was building in my legs. I literally felt the extra energy go on to the earth and once I finished the meditation my legs felt like spaguetti😅 so relaxed. I am laying down I still feel the vibration but super low. I know that with a couple of more meditations I will be able to channel that extra energy. Thank you mother earth 🌍 🙏🏼❤️

    I was doing this mediation for like 3 months straight & then I stopped, and I still felt ok but now I’m realizing the effects of not doing it anymore! When I was doing it daily I felt so good, now it’s like every other day I feel like crap. Today was day 1 again. 🎀

    This is like medicine! I was so full of negative energy and anxiety. After doing this it felt so transformative. I felt all of the negative energy drain away and it knocked me out. I slept hard, which was just what I needed.

    This is my favourite grounding mediation of all. I recommend it to many and I always feel a shift in my energy as it moves into balance. As we are connecting to the new 5D grid is there anything different we need to do when our roots are sent to the earths core. I tend picture that and a pillar of Crystaline bright white light from mother earth to source. A little like the beam me up Scotty from star trek. Love and light to all who read x

    I visualized myself as a great oak tree. My light was green, and I watched my roots ground down and grow deep and wide for miles. Then the orange warmth from the earth's core rose up to give me healing energy from down below. Building warmth from within, saying not today to winter blues, and kicking this cold to the wayside.     I've been trying to find this video again for months!!! I was deeply depressed and would frequently dissociate and I was called to try meditating as I had never done seriously before and I felt the light and was so happy and euphoric that my body got cold and I started to shake and twitch and shiver. It was a very NEEDED first step to recovery and realizing my true potential and happiness :)

    I can’t say how grateful I am for this. It not only helps fully ground me at a really stressful time when it would probably be close to impossible to be fully grounded but really helps me to release and let go. I can go from feeling ‘tortured’ by all the holding to peaceful and excited about my day. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Thank you MindFul Movement to guide me to become grounded again with earth. For a long time i walk as a sponge in life. And feel responsible to help everyone. I am a high sensitive person, or better i could call it a extreme high sensitive person. Right now i receive therapy to enjoy life more. Because most of the time i don't feel i am a earthling. I do not belong here my home is somewhere else. This have bring me in a lot of troubles,pain and suffering. I have to learn to protect myself better and not walk like a fragile light without a bulb protection glass around it. You have helped me to take the second step to let go and receive .... thank you for your time to make this video... I will use it everyday.

    This is a GREAT MEDITATION! Especially if you are a Empath or a Light Worker! There is so much negativity out here that I know I had unknowingly caring others people energy that I thought was my own which almost destroyed my life! Especially during my “ Spritual Awaking Process”! I thought I was losing MY MIND! Then it was like my little BIRDIES (Angels!) Guided me here!     @@Pawsitively_Beautiful The light you see may change depending on what you need the purple is the colour of your crown chakra and yellow is the colour of your solar plexus and green is the colour of your heart chakra and the colour arch angel Raphaels energy. The healer. I assume this is why it's so healing to spend time in nature and the reason for all the greenery

    I felt a huge surge of energy leaving my body it was quite scary at first , I was very ungrounded for the last month or so I had excess energy but after doing this I feel a whole lot better !

    This was beautiful. I've been struggling heavily with being positive and loving myself. It's hard to be stuck at home with myself with so little distractions, and so I've been feeling spaced out and very dissociative. This meditation has helped ground me and the negative energies that have been feeding off of me have dulled 💜💜. I've been looking for new things to help me with these struggles on top of my faith and exercise and this has helped!! Thank you 💜!

    I usually abstain from commenting on youtube but I had to give you the feedback for this one!! I have been imbalanced at the Root Chakra for years, but today after so long I finally feel so grounded. I know it's a long journey but yes I'm sure I'll achieve it! I didnt even realise that I sat still for 11 mins haha! It was very easy to follow and your voice is so soothing it's like therapy! Thanks a lot for this meditation! Love and healing to you🌙🙏🌺
