This has helped me so much! I've done it a couple of times and it just raises my mood and helps me feel grateful and happy. I've been learning a tough life lesson lately and this refocuses me on the miracle of life rather than negativity. Thank you!

What an incredible experience. I've never felt anything so powerful and clearly. I truly seen the light go on in my chest and the door opened! I cannot explain this feeling, it's as if I had been blocked by something and it opened... Wide open. I just feel like crying, good cleansing tears, tears of freedom. Thank you so very much!
