I’m Sleep deprived . Hurt . Broken . I miss my dog . My life is over . I know it sounds bad … but I she’s all i had . I need help . I need this earth to stop hurting me .

That was so powerful... when I see how many of us ALL remembered that everything is love and to let ourselves off the hook, that makes it feel even more powerful...
