1 decluttering is an ongoing process 2 Don't compare with other's just keep upgrading and become better version of yourself 3 put thing's back to it's destined place after usage 4 Be grateful towards life as we already have the essentials to survive 5 get rid of digital declutter regularly and montior your screen time usage 6 adopt mindful/intentional purchase to reduce impulse shopping spree by using wishlist strategy 7 embrace the space around you as emptiness itself should be appreciated 8 say NO to other's and YES to yourself 9 Quality over quantity in a minimalist budget by spending less on item's and saving more 10 Minimalism is a journey not a destination Love from India 🇮🇳

"Comparison is the thief of joy." Absolutely. I do this all the time. Time to figure out how to be happy with my life and stop looking at how others are living. I don't hoard expensive things but I do see people with partners and homes and wish I had those things. That's mental clutter and I need to clear that out. Thank you for these wise words 🙏🏿

Sarah Dawson.....I do the same you do, I literally hurt because I am alone. It is so hard to be alone & feel things are worth bothering with! Most days I can be very grateful for what I have & the peace "being alone" can bring, & then there are other days that I let loneliness steal my happiness from me! Even though I don't want you to feel this way (sometimes) too, it helps me to realize I am needlessly robbing myself of happiness because you have been kind enough to share that your thoughts steal your happiness from you! I never thought about my thoughts stealing my happiness! Thank you for sharing your thoughts & realizations!
I've started making sure my loungeroom/kitchen area is clean every night before bed. It means i wake up to a lovely tidy house rather than a bombsite. Its been really good!

I consumed so much content about this already, but this video...is the best one so far. He got rid of all the unecessary rules, pressure and comparison out of it too, decluttering at its finest.

Some really useful tips :) Waiting a week to buy something has stopped me from buying 95% of the stuff I was going to buy, saving lots of money in the process.
your room resembles my room, with a mattress on the floor, a work table, and a ceramic floor, you keep dogs while I keep cats. We both live in Southeast Asia!

The scene with two of you was awesome 😎
I'm starting my journey on minimalism and I relate so much to being a messy person by default! sometimes I feel lost and hopeless because of that, so I hope minimalism will help me
I have adopted mindful minimalism in my life . Thanks to our minimalist family and their useful content .
I really apreciate the Be Grateful, not only because it's true but necessary.
I have been following your work here for some weeks. I just want to say you really inspired me to try to adopt minimalism and generally strive for self-improvement. Since your channel, in true minimalist fashion, adds value to my life I had to join your patreon! Thanks CK!

@@CKSPACE It resonates with me. However, my studio apartment is clean. Neither do I worry about the expectations of others. Am very much a one out one in type of person. Nor do I think it is good to criticise, compare and complain. All the best.
Thank you for putting so much thought into this video. It has been really helpful
You have shared wonderful ideas here. Self discipline is key to minimalism, but it can be done at a gentle pace to keep the mind and body in good health and balance. The simple act of cleaning and placing objects back to their designated position brings order. I love the words of artist William Morris, who said "Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” Being grateful for what we have motivates us to take good care of those items. I really enjoy your thoughtful words and the process that you share as you go through the minimalist journey. :-)
Loved how you explained minimalism on different budgets. Thank you for such a well made video!
Great advice! Thank you for the ideas on the importance of being grateful. It's not about acquiring more, but about wanting less!
I love that throughout the video you were honest that these are things that you sometimes struggle with yourself....I found that really relatable....subscribed!!
I'm glad I found you. There's something about the way you articulate these ideas that makes it so friendly and accessible. Thank you!
Hey, CK! Another fabulous video!! I loved that edit where one marker became, like, a dozen markers; I laughed out loud when I saw that! I’ve been busy with work deadlines for a while and had to take a break from KZread watching for a couple of weeks, so I’ve missed some of your recent videos. I’m looking forward to catching up! But first, I must attend to those breakfast dishes sitting on the counter before, as usual, they become breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes and I spend an hour + in the evening washing them.... Thanks again for all your good minimalist tips and reminders! Saludos desde México!!

Thank you for this. Such a great video. ☺️🙏
I love the part of the film where "self" is physically manifested outside of yourself, like the part where you stop yourself from buying the computer. You are very creative!
I'm new to this. And as you said, what it's valuable to me doesn't have to be valuable to others, so I take what I need and discard the rest. Thank you for your video! New subscriber x FYI NOW I'm totally convinced minimalistic people are amazing filmmakers 😂
I really enjoy your content Cheng! Thank you for sharing!
Great video! I think I've watched so many videos on minimalism, but I love the points you highlighted and how you explained them. You gained a new subscriber here! :)
Thanks for the video. Definitely gave me a couple of good ideas. Did a huge decluttering during lockdown but perhaps every season if I have a declutter day I can keep on it. And yes I often forgot about digital clutter- perhaps tackling this on a once or twice a month a can keep it to a minimum.
Loving the videos as per usual! I'm thinking of doing a minimalist challenge video. Thanks for the inspiration!

You have a good habit. I am a beginner minimalist in Korea. Nice to meet you.
New subscriber! Thank you for your videos. I subscribed because I love how you give tips and advice while also being understanding. Other videos from other youtubers seem so condescending but your wisdom helps me think deeper into my habits so I can continue my minimalist journey 💕 Thank you for pointing out the "internet influencer lifestyle" I definitely feel the media portrays that the more material items you have = happiness/fullfilment which is not true.
I am not a minimalist, but I would like to start improving my life. Love your video, thank you for effort! Big love from your neighbour! Keep safe, keep healthy!!
Really like your style. Been minimalist for years now but like your content!
Thanks so much for this video! It really opened my eyes to some of my bad habits!

Don't "COMPARE" what others have is the best minimalist advice I've heard.
So relevant in today's time where consumerism is everywhere… decluttering is required of the mindset!
Great video, de cluttering is definitely an on going process!

This is a wonderful video about Minimalism. Thank you 🙏
the snaps were a good touch!
In my opinion, minimalism is primarily about creating and MAINTAINING negative space around us. Not talking about graphic idea but in our room, house, desk, homescreen of phone/computer, wardrobe, etc
Fantastic video, thank you! :-)
IS that Meebo?! Great Vid as always!
I am a practicing minimalist since October of 2016. I am still on the verge of learning the process or should I say, it is a daily process. Thanks to this insightful video. Your new subscriber here. 🌱💃🏻⏰
I also don't have a dishwasher and I can't get used to cleaning the dishes right after eating 😅😂

Was that Habbo is saw? Lol Great Video! I found it to be very helpful during my current journey. Thank you =)
Wonderful insights 🙏🌟🙏
Oh my god I have the same calendar and hang it exactly like that! Only difference is that I keep a pen on top of the paperclip so I can write on it without taking it off. 😅😊
Great content, Cheng Even after few months starting minimalism, tend to forget & unaware to declutter constantly for few months to make us keep aware of the minimalism. I also share some tips on my vid. May as well to discuss there👍
Great video!
I’m still stuck on decluttering. Haven’t been adding anything, but after weeks of getting rid of things, I’m still finding more things in storage. Discouraging but still fighting the good fight.
