oh my god this has given me so much motivation to actually TRY to figure out sculpting.. i try to sculpt something once or twice every year since 2021 and the one i did in about an hour yesterday looks like a weird cross between the 10 minute and 10 year blockout phase but with more defined facial features (only looks decent from the front) 😭 i almost thought i just wasnt cut out for sculpting and should stick to 2d because the pros make it look SO EFFORTLESS but thankfully it looks like i just need to practice... a *lot.* i also never use reference so i should. probably start doing that huh.

It took me so many attempts to sculpt the head and face of human being to look somehow female. The body characteristics that make female body feminine is also huuuuge task to perfect.

Now place this pro dude in front of Blender to make it even, he might be trippin ballz, because as ZBrush is absolutely dedicated tool for sculpting, then Blender can just "have it done" but through sweat and specific experience

j hill is using Z Brush and the 10 minute guy is using blender.

this is strictly just for the 3 person. nobody could take it as their lines. when i first sculpted . i was allready higher than the 10 days one. after 1 and half month i am closer to the 10 years but under it. this is very personal stuff. overall knowledge , experience and good pair of EYES makes huge difference - person to person.

Surprised the expert didnt pick up on the fact that there was a bit more of a cutesy snarl to her mouth and nose, makes it look odd and without expression.

all look terrifying lol and it seems like the only sculpting stuff you can find people doing online is turbo steroided ogres, boring porny female sculpts like this and little gremlin things.
