    I'm new, found you earlier this week. Do you focus more on beginners? I liked two other quick workouts of yours this week, just added them on. I didn't finish this one though...I found really slow & boring, I needed a fast effective tricep burn. I have to surf through your content still.     Unfortunately if you’re only looking for a Triceps workout without super-setting another muscle group, doing a ‘fast’ workout is unlikely to be an effective workout. You’re central nervous system (e.g ability to re-recruit a large amount of the target muscle) will not be recovered with shorter rests and therefore not likely be very effective, even if you do feel tired. If you want something faster paced try out one of my superset style videos that works opposite muscle groups within the same workout as that can have shorter rest intervals as while one muscle works, the other can partially rest. Some of biggest mistakes I see from KZread workouts are going too light and resting too little. Sorry to hear you found it boring!
