i worked out and didn’t stretch afterwards, my legs were sore for 4 days😩, did this just now after working out and i feel amazing, no soreness, thank you!!

I really like this video! M y only suggestion is that I wish there were explanations on how to make the transitions from one stretch to the other. I had to pause make times not to make an abrupt one and not to waste too many seconds on a longer one. Other than that, I think it's perfect. Thank you!

this stretched muscles I didn't know I had. also felt pretty beginner friendly, there wasn't a whole lot of balance issues to contend with. only stretch I had trouble with was the wide leg, guess I need to work on my flexibility!

I wasnt able to do most of these ☹️ i didnt realize i was this stiff
My body is too stiff ! I can’t do the wide legs forward stretch 😅
Needs voice guidance with what stretches are coming up and how to properly get into those positions. Also would have been nice for alternative for those who can’t get into a back bend or stretch both legs out at same time.
