Bangkok Food Court 🇹🇭 Siam Paragon Shopping Mall in Bangkok Thailand
What if I told you there was a place you can go, where you can choose from around 10 different Michelin rated restaurants, under one roof. Siam Paragon (สยามพารากอน) that one place that houses these Michelin restaurants and I’m going to take you there in today’s episode.
We chose just three Michelin rated restaurants, starting off with Ong Tong, where we tried Chicken Khas Soi. This is a popular Northern Thai dish, made with coconut curry broth and egg noodles.
Then we tried some Hainanese Fried Chicken Rice from Go Ang Pratunam. This hainanese chicken (ข้าวมันไก่) is super tender and packed with flavor. The rice absorbs the chicken broth and becomes rich and flavorful.
Finally, we eat pad thai from Thipsamai (ทิพย์สมัย ผัดไทยประตูผี). This pad thai (ผัดไทย) is probably the most popular pad thai in all of Bangkok. You can watch them make your pad thai from behind a glass wall. Great noodle texture and a distinctive flavor to Thipsamai pad thai.
An amazing adventure to Siam Paragon. We didn’t shop at the luxury stores, but we ate like we were in luxury restaurants. The food was amazing and so much fun to try traditional Thai food, in a food court.

hi! so i wanna ask, is the card a one time usage or you can top them up whenever you visit siam for another day?

The card can be topped up and cashed out. I don't know long the card lasts, but you can ask them at the counter. Thanks so much for watching. Should you go, let me know what you thought.

So you pay before you even order? what does the Gourmet card do?

Thank you for watching. You can load money onto a card to use at the various participating food stalls. That is your payment method. Then after you are done and ready to leave, you can take the card back to where you loaded the card to receive the remaining balance on the card. Hope this helps!

its basically a prepaid card and once you leave, you can claim any remaining balance back in cash

How much were the dishes?
If you can eat spicy food well. I'm sure you can access many more local Thai dishes. But if unable to eat spicy food There are many options for normal food as well. The world of Thai food is very wide. I cook about 100 kinds of Thai food. And I'm still learning to this day.

Why are you using a fork to eat rice? Thats an American thing which does not make sense.
