Extremely sorry Danyal uncle to say, the construction and fittings here are of third-class quality. Just take a look at the entrance, I mean the main door - it's astonishing how they are attempting to deceive people.

No matter the quality of the property, the quality of workmanship is VERY poor, awful in fact. It seems to be that tradespeople take no pride in their work. The finishing is extremely disappointing and fixtures and fittings get damaged frequently whilst being fitted and paint splatters are common. There is no excellence in Pakistani construction.

I don’t see a reason why Eighteen have all properties very expensive. Golf is not a common game in Pakistan. It’s for elite only and mainly for old retired people. So what other attractions it has ?

Within city hote to 7 crore smjh ati hai. Gaon mai bagair dewar ke wo bhi Pakistan mai rehna jahan hamsai subhan Allah hote hain chahe jitna parhe hon ya hafiz e quran hon. Ye societies un mulkon mai kamyab hoti hain jahan Allah dittay ko apne janne wale commissioner par maan na ho. Baki best of luck hogaya

Bro eighteen does not has the pakistan's first only golf with 18 holes. there is Bahria town's rayan golf in Karachi as well which has Asia's First 36 International standard holes golf course.

I was waiting during all the video that at some point you would show us the drawing room of this house as you do it at the very start of your other videos. Where is the drawing room area in this house??? Or the guests would be seated in the porch area?? I love all the videos you post but honestly speaking this house plan and architecture is pathetic. I can assume what sort of other big houses and facilities would be like in this society. I dont know for what eighteen is charging that huge amounts, for patheic architecture and useless spaces??? Still i dont know what sort of material is used, in video it looks like a third class material.

Jeez. That is a garbage design. The stairs are in your face, it should give a open welcoming vibe. Its crammed and a walkway leads to the hall and garden. Lol the garden wall leaves zero privacy. What a pathethic society. Plus its delayed by years. Not what they promised in their marketing material. Esa lagrha builder bhaaggya and they've subcontracted to someone else to not become bankrupt.

The floor plan is so bad . Structural columns are showing all over . Finishes are also of cheap quality. Eighteen I thought was a big brand. Poor show. Bad construction standards

Villas was sold on 3 Crore almost and now is being sold at 7.36 crore. Great Investment.

Buyers will have to pay the cost of Taxes etc over and above the asking price. About 18 % is to be added. So this 10 marla having only 4 bedrooms rather Bad rooms will initially cost at Rs 8 crore + . There does not seem any formal/proper drawing room perhaps stairs will be used for guests sitting The buyer after purchase will sell his clothes including under garments etc to pay the maintenance costs. Great. The remote controlled presenter asks to subscribe his channel for further bullshits in future.
