1) Self-awareness 2) Think the harvest of sin ( the wages of sin) 3) Normalize temptation ( starve your flesh and stick with your spirit) - die to self. Jesus was tempted at every point yet He did not sin. 4) Know your identity in Christ( affirming who you are in Christ) The enemy use music 5) Guard your heart(mainly through the eyes and ears- these are gates) 6) Healthy parameters and boundaries ( safety nets) to protect the anointing and calling 7) Speak God and memorize the scriptures and watch God to perform 8) Cast down thoughts 9) Submit to God and Resist the devil 10) Fill your heart more with Jesus (empower it with Jesus) -walk by the spirit and do not fulfill the list of flesh Thank you Ken and Tabitha. It is not just about sexual temptation. It is how to overcome any form of temptation.

This video blessed me so much!! Being a new Christian, these topics were a gray area for me. The sexual temptations are my biggest struggle. Living in a society where all of these things are so normalized and you’re looked at like a psycho when you choose to not partake. God bless yall ❤

I pray that Pastor you may be real about your flaws, that you may syop shutting down your spouse, and calling her out on things she does not do. I pray you stop under appreciating so many contribution she brings. You are One, not her against you. I pray you grow in that. Because the lack of honor of your wife publically makes it impossible to listen without calling on the Lord and invoking the Holy Spirit. KEEP GOING AS A WIFE MA'AM. May God grace you more. That is not right. The way a Man of God honors his wife shows his level of servanthood and of discipleship. I can not follow any longer because I do not want to murmur. My Temptation is Overeating (Gluttony) especially when I am trying to Fast for God, food has been my Guilty Pleasure. The Flesh is always going to war against the spirit and vice versa so self-control is very important as a Christian. Jesus really did set the bar super high for each and every one of us because he was the only one in human flesh who never sinned... People forget Jesus had the same wants and desires as us but still had self-discipline and honored the God with his whole heart because he knew his purpose was greater.

One powerful thing to take away from it was though I may have been freed from pornography addiction, it doesn’t necessarily mean I won’t be tempted anymore. So speaking of ways to overcome temptation vs addiction that was powerful & effective

We can’t watch these videos through the lens of offense. Please don’t miss the message of what they are saying. They are friends as well as partners, not that I know them personally, but I don’t get the sense that he belittles her or puts her down. They just be keeping it real. If you say you love someone, part of loving them is keeping it real. Their chemistry is dope. I don’t sense that negativity at all. Pray before watching, that may help. 🙏🏾

Sounds like pride. You think that you can take peoples stuff and get away with it. And maybe you can legally. I had an issue with stealing when I was younger and my thoughts were “I’m so smart I can play this under the radar and no one will ever know, I can fool all these people”. But I stopped because 1) I almost got caught and 2) I realized that I want to be a good man. And a good man is honorable and doesn’t hide things under the rug. He pays his way and earns what he has
