Here’s a little fact for you The clone that receive the order and had him shot down proves commander Wolffe never existed in Star Wars because if he was an actual character he would’ve been in that shit behind plo not some random clone didn’t even wear the armor of the Wolfpack squadron which brings up another fact there was never any Wolfpack squadron that was something entirely made up by the clone wars but they didn’t correct the scenes in the movie to make it an actual existing thing The clone wars was an alternate reality because there was no Captain Rex there was no commander Wolffe there was no Ahsoka Anakin Skywalker never had an apprentice because to be a general you have to train a Padawan Aniken was not a general in the movies I was always a commander another mistake Star Wars made was the last Jedi Rey was not the last Jedi Ahsoka still alive cal kestis Ezra bridger there were over 1000 Jedi still alive after order 66 they were not all wiped out during the years of the empire

Plo Koon was one of the Jedi's most valuable warriors and I feel like they didn't really know it....He was calm, patient yet POWERFUL and READY for anything, he knew when someone was upset even when most others had no idea and always had some soothing advice and a kind word of enthusiasm.

I always loved how he gently called her "little 'soka". He always gave me the impression that while he would be a very strict master, he would also a very open one a padawan could really bond with and trust with anything (simlar to Caleb and Ezra). I would have liked to have seen him and Anikan stand up for her vs the council, and even help track her down/talk her down. With her vision in Rebels where she hears Anikan as "why did you abandon me?" And basically admiting to needing her, I still wonder what would have changed that day on Mustafar if it was her there instead of Obi-Wan.

No talk about his yellow/orange lightsaber crystal that was used in his earlier depictions? I've always been curious as to why he ultimately wound up with a blue saber instead of the one he was originally depicted with.

I'm not sure, but I I do believe yellow (in legends at least?) Is a sign of extreme power, hence why eternal twins had yellow, and why Kyle katarn did, I'm not 100% on this but I think that's correct

My mind is is a bit fuzzy since I haven't read this in years but in legends I think he was also part of the Jedi Sentinel, as well as the Jedi Council. The sentinels used Yellow Lightsabers. In fact, I think in legends Plo was seen using Blue, yellow, AND green lightsabers, though the latter might've been an error.

IMO, the TRUE reason was simply aesthetic. his character was developed in the phantom menace era and i believe his saber was only made yellow to match his skin color. he was in the video game Jedi Power Battles for the PS1 wher Adi Gallia had a red saber. when all the jedi made it to film it was a firm green / blue for all of them, samuel jackson was the only jedi to have a unique colored blade.

Plo kloon has always been my favorite background Jedi I feel like he should have had a bigger role or at least more appreciation

Back in the day, I cared nothing about Plo Koon. But, over the years, I've come to respect and love him greatly, more then nearly any other Jedi. That moment, where the clones dismiss the worthiness of their lives, and Koon tells them that their lives were important to him, earned him my IMMENSE respect and changed my opinion on him.

I always wished Plo koon could speak in the star wars prequals knowing his voice and seeing him fly & fight more.

Still remains one of my favourite Jedi, and an underappreciated one too.

Plo was always my favorite Jedi. Even before the clone wars expanded his character, I had always liked him. Especially after playing Jedi Academy and selecting his race

I've been re-watching Clone Wars in preparation for the new season, and yeah, Plo Koon is a seriously awesome character on that show. I always loved the Kel Dorian design too--so much incredible creativity & art from the prequel era.

Plo was always one of my favorites along with Shaak Ti, Kit Fisto, and Ahsoka. Seeing him die in RotS after watching the entirety of The Clone Wars was heartbreaking, and because he wore a mask, I had to imagine his sad expression, twisted with agony and melancholy. He was such a sweetheart.

Plo is my favorite Jedi. He’s just so badass. Thanks for making a video on him

Plo Koon was always my second favorite Jedi as a kid watching the prequels (after Obi-Wan), mostly because I had a dog called Max who looked a lot like him. I would often play pretend as Obi-Wan with Max as Plo Koon and fight battle droids in the woods behind my house. He’s still one of my favorite characters.

I love Plo Koon - he was my man on Jedi Power Battles back in the day... orange lightsaber as I recall. Seeing him get some screen time on the Clone Wars show was really cool. I think he's cool and unique enough that Disney should turn him into an Order 66 survivor (since we didn't actually see him die) so his character can be explored much further.

A what-if video idea: What if General Grievous caught wind of order 66 and abandoned his duty as General and fled before Obi- Wan got to him. Would Anakin/Vader have to hunt him down? Would he lead a rebellion? What do you think would happen?

Plo Koon has always been my favorite Jedi and probably favorite Star Wars character of all time. The way how he always seems to remain calm under which circumstances and therefore make the best decision everytime is awesome. Also Wolf is my favorite clone and he served under Plo Koon.

Plo Koon was/is one of my favorite Jedi, especially from the clone wars and when I found out (from another one of your videos) that he used force lightning, that just made him even cooler... I just wish we got to see him use that power in the clone wars tv show.

Plo Koon is my favorite Jedi. When his master Tyvokka died in the Stark Hyperspace War he (Tyvokka) suggested that Plo take his seat on the High Council, Plo thought that Qui-Gon would be a better choice as they were good friends. Tyvokka however thought Qui-Gon was too rebellious, as did the rest of the council.

TBH he has been my fav jedi since I was 5... Super underrated

I always knew Plo Koon was cool, but not THIS cool! He’s incredibly awesome

I remember reading about him way back when Episode 1 came out.... He was one of my favorite Jedi then. I remember reading about him having a dual light saber in each hand, not Darth Maul's style dual lightsaber but one that had 2 blades going in the same direction with a handle between them. He was also considered one of the greatest lightsaber duelist in all of Star Wars.

the first time i ever saw Plo Koon was in the Star Wars Jedi Power Battles game, with a yellow lightsaber and just liked him instantly so its good to hear more information about him

Honestly I think Darth Maul would’ve been one of the few people that could’ve utterly destroyed mace mall was cocky and arrogant but the Jedi mace was an entirely different level on terms of arrogance and had a vast superiority complex that would even make even a Sith blush. Darth Maul is no stranger to killing Jedi Masters but then again I should probably consider which Darth Maul because in a way there are three versions each one has faced their own death. There is the Darth Maul that we first meet in the Phantom Menace then there is the second incarnation that we meet in the clone wars and then the third and final incarnation and Star Wars rebels each of these Darth Maul versions has faced their own death for it is the inevitable conclusion to this tragic victim’s story. A victim that doesn’t even remember his original name because the sith took it from him and broke him and reshaped him into a weapon to be used and discarded and abandoned and eventually hunted. Even though the guy was crazy and homicidal it seems that wasn’t entirely his choice his former master made that choice for him drove him mad it’s pretty hard not to feel sympathy for the guy because in the end he lost everything and his soul wish upon death was to be avenged. If there was anything I would probably say about Darth Maul is that he is the embodiment of vengeance and not entirely in the Goodway he is consumed by the singular desire for the most part he has displayed an aptitude for things outside of his soul wish but in the end his desire for revenge always reveals itself almost to the point that he is a slave to it. If only Mual found the peace he needed instead of the peace he constantly wanted and constantly failed to obtain for the things he thought he wanted was nothing more but an illusion. An illusion that his master also chases.
