    What's sad is... people from Africa been trying to tell us this for years... Fruits, vegetables and plants cures the body...big pharma still pushing folks to study man made medicine and not what the body is MADE OF.....great job with this channel!!!

  • @nissan_skyline

    People from Africa? It's a well known fact that whole foods are better for your body than processed foods. We didn't need people from other continents to tell us this. Also, "big pharma" doesn't push people to study "man made medicine" or what the body is made of. Like, what are you talking about. That's not their job. The role of a pharmaceutical company is to research, develop, manufacture, and market drugs or pharmaceutical products to improve health outcomes. They play a crucial role in advancing medical knowledge, providing treatment options for various diseases, and ultimately improving the quality of life for patients. My mom just beat cancer thanks to "big pharma", scientists and doctors who don't peddle fear mongering. She wouldn't have been able to do this by just eating fruits and vegetables. These are not cures, they're preventatives but they can't protect you from all illnesses.

  • @nissan_skyline

    @nissan_skyline

    Gut dysbiosis can be caused by various factors such as, antibiotic use, diets high in processed foods, sugars and low in fiber, chronic stress, infections, lack of physical activity, environmental factors, certain medical conditions like IBD, IBDS and autoimmune disorders. Swimming in a chlorinated pool doesn't have a significant impact on the balance of microorganisms in your gut, unless you're regularly ingesting excessive amounts of pool water over a long period of time. Also, chlorine itself is not a direct cause of ear infections, so you likely got it from an accumulation of water in the ear canal due to prolonged exposure to water, or bacteria that was present in the pool. This is common.

    Several years ago, the dairy industry petitioned the FDA to get permission to add aspartame and/or sucralose to lowfat and nonfat milk and allow it to be "blind-labeled" which means the public would not know it is in there. I do not know but I suspect it was approved.

    My hair started thinning in my 30s, along with horrible scalp itching, flaking and hard plaques that would erupt and ooze. Ew. I used potent coal-tar shampoos like T-Gel to control the itching for years -- it was the only thing that worked -- but my hair kept getting thinner and mousier. I no longer received compliments for my once thick, glorious hair. The itching was unbearable. I was so addicted to the anti-itch shampoo that if I traveled I had to carry some with me or risk a disaster because I couldn't sleep if I didn't wash with it. When my infant daughter started presenting with baby excema, I got thinking about these same symptoms in my scalp. I decided to quit adding ANYTHING to my hair, and see what happens. I did cleanse it every few days, using a simple solution of baking soda and water, followed by rinsing with water mixed with apple cider vinegar. It took about a month for my scalp and hair to get use to the change, but eventually, my scalp calmed down, the itching subsided and it stopped producing tons of extra oil. My hair thickened dramatically in about 6 weeks. The texture changed -- its not the silky, plastic-coated texture that I had become so used to using shampoo and conditioner, but its beautiful and shiny when brushed. It's full of its own natural oils. And best of all - no synthetic products, no scabs and no itching! After about three months, I can see that I have a dense row of NEW HAIR GROWTH along my brow line! I was not expecting that! My hair actually looks better now than when I was pregnant! I will never go back to putting shampoo and conditioner in my hair!

    I can tell you right away what brands caused skin irritation and are overpriced junk, at least to my skin type. I have pale, sensitive and dry skin. I ask the people working in high end brand shops what products they can recommend. From the samples I got from them and used, I got eye irritation from Dior, skin irritation and increased dryness from Elizabeth Arden, some dryness and irritation from L'Oreal. Lancome mascara very irritating and drying the eyes. Till today I have not found a lipstick that is not drying my lips or causing cold soars to appear, sadly I stick to colorless lip balm. Ask for samples, especially if a product is expensive. I get much better results from organic or at least less harmful chemicals using brands that are not that expensive. Nivea has not failed me yet and is great during winter colds, not so great in summer, though. Sans Soucis creams were so far the best 'high end' brand I used. Shiseido eyelid products like eyelid cream and shades are non-irritating but very expensive. Hope it helped. Edited: sorry, I forgot Weleda - great on most levels, especially almost face cream, cold cream with bee wax, shampoo tends not to wash the grease out of hair so well but the hair feels really light and silky, hand creams are good too and probably the cheapest of all organic cosmetics and available worldwide.

    I was raised on local dairy milk and when I was a teenager, the dairy shut down and we switched to the store bought stuff, my stomach could not handle it. It was upset all the time. luckily, this was right when organic milk started popping up in the grocery stores. I know it's not nearly as good as getting local milk, but at least the organic doesn't have most of the hormones that traditional dairy does.

And if you can get raw milk from Jersey cows, it's even better. The A2 casein protein from this cow's milk is far less allergenic than conventional cows which are A1 protein.

    MCT oil to kill the Candida (underlying issue). Fermented foods to fix the gut. You can stop symptoms by getting enough electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium). Get them trough food (yogurt, fruits, pink salt, fatty fish).

    Personal Care Products - my experience has been that since I eliminated chemicals from my hand/body soaps and shampoo, I no longer need lotions and conditioners for my hair and skin. So many skin conditions and dry hair are the result of those chemicals. I now use only 3 products in my bathroom, Nature's Gate Herbal Shampoo, and a pure botanical hand soap I get from a local craftsperson, and Thom's fluoride free toothpaste I tried baking soda for my teeth but it's too rough on my old receding gums - getting ready to try a homemade recipe with bentonite clay and mint :) Also for cleaning around the house: homemade washing powder made out of baking soda for the sink, bath and toilet, and diluted vinegar for counters, windows, etc.

    "What you put on your skin is almost as important as what you put in your body." How accurate is that statement? If true, that must apply primarily to women, considering how men generally do not wear makeup (this may be changing in today's world).

    Maybe but correlation is not always causation. I'm sure there are other factors involved then just diet Coke. I'd still take it out of diet.

    where can one go to get raw dairy when you live in a state that outlawed raw and treats it as toxic, (ironic isn't it ), and raw is so much more expensive. it's like the government is at war with the poor. unhealthy is cheap.

    Hey guys I appreciate the video and all the info. Wondering if you guys can start recommending suitable products we all can buy as alternatives. Thing is, we here we shouldn't eat all these various foods but what should we buy then? Organic is EXPENSIVE. 80% of these harmful chemicals are in "regular" foods we eat all the time. So what do we do? Seems like the only options are don't eat or get a second job to eat healthy......
