I've had to replace the battery twice. Had the phone in an Otter Box since I got it, and it still works fine.

thanks I have found the cursor control and the increased video frame rate tips very helpful, one thing to add is that if you switch cursor control on you switch off the ability to use swype on your keyboard thanks again for taking the time to help others Mario D'Cruz

The first feature (one handed operation) is great, but people should note that it doesn't work if USB is plugged in or if any accessibility services are turned on. (Note that the KitKat update fixed the incompatibility with accessibily services on some Note 3s, but not AT&T which I use :( )

Is there a way to set one ringtone for saved contacts and a different one for unknown and unsaved numbers. With out doing each contact individually. I have a Samsung Note 3.

very nice ... just brought the note 3..yeah I know it's old lol but believe me it's better than what I had b4 ...I'm not happy with the front camera quality. especially in a dark room . do you have any tricks to make it brighter

There were actually quite a few things that I was unaware of so THANK YOU for taking the time to make and share this video with the rest of the world. When I saw the tittle I thought it would be another video telling "hidden" features like turning Power Saving mode on or writing with the S-Pen on a screenshot, but then I was like, lol I actually didn't knew that one... neither that one, and that, and that. Lol, good video.

Hey I sow u had 4g and was wondering what is your note 3 model cause im with sm n900 and its the unlocked vwrsion and I cant get 4g even though my plane is for 4g lte. My friend has sm n900v its the ve4izon version and he has 4g lte support..so how do I get my note 3 to support 4g internet? Is it cause I got the unlocked version?
