Excellent introduction! New suggestions: How about explaining about the risk and safety measures you take, escape route(s), how you know the dam is about to give way (collapse), how powerful the water can be, where the beavers live there, consequences of not removing each specific dam (Today you mentioned the road), etc. If I had the money, I'd send you a microphone you could wear, so you could explain/talk a little as you work. Keep the videos coming. BTW (by the way), I prefer your videos to Post10.

this is a lot of water.......when I watch you break down these dams I find it quite not real that an animal the size of the beaver can move so much mud and make such a big dam of mud and sticks that can block the canals and hold all that water back a massive 10 feet wall amazing xxx debbie xxxx

How is your excavator acquiring efforts going? I am sure that the costs of getting one is substantial. In watching other dam removals by excavator a couple of "options" that seem to help out quite a bit are a "thumb" (a lid that helps hold the load in the bucket) and an extended arm. Some of your dam removal sites are not that easy to get to as well as some dams are very wide. I think that when you do get an excavator your return "visits" will significantly drop. You do your community a huge service by breaching the dams there by keeping the area's fields drained and keeping crop production up.

Hey Papa. It was 22c at 7 am this morning. 24c right now at 11:44am. Lots of green reeds and grass in that dam, must have been recently topped off?? Happy Anny to you.

7:00 I'm not keen on this camera angle, I find the view very restricted. I enjoy being able to watch the upstream water level drop.

A question please... I know other beaver dam video do the same but why do you always just leave the sticks by the dam site surely the beavers will just use them to rebuild ?

Another great video 😊. I have been watching your channel for a week or two ( about 3 - 4 daily) and I have questions. Have you ever been knocked over by the current? What was the baby? How many times have your tools been washed away? I live in Tasmania Australia and to my knowledge we don’t have beavers here only platypus.

Still checking with different services. Everywhere is big queue and huge prices from 1800euros up to 2300euros. Now I am still driving my wife's car, but it's not very good for offroads :)

With the massive heatwave in Europe right, Lithuania being super hot in the summer months already, why are you destroying the dams these beavers create? Beaver lodges and damns are shown to improve water retention across massive ranges in the eco system and lesson the Impacts of droughts and flash flooding, as well as providing wetlands for thousands of species. I agree it makes a cool as fuck video like post10, but the only dams he unclogs are the ones against drainage pipes. Are these dams negatively impacting human settlement that you don't show in the video?
