Yeah, i've always just slowed down time 100 times and just grab the tire, guess I'll be using this now, it's much more practial

I didn't know half of those features, thanks for showing us!. Also, there is a ''feature'' that I think is very nice: when you check the ''auxiliary debug content'' box in the lower right corner off the map selection, you will be able to access the showroom map, the ''automated testing map'' (a very weird almost empty map with a very long no texture road) and the template map (usefull to starts experimenting with the map editor). Btw I really love your videos, and I can easily tell how much effort you put into them. You are definitely an inspiration to me. I hope you get more audience because you really deserve it!

The auto test map is the map used to generate the stats in the vehicule selection sreen

1,700 hours and I still didn't know half of these. Deflate random tire is gonna be amazing for realistic tire failure crashes.

BeamNG has gotta be one of the coolest games I ever spent my money on.

I have over 1k hours and I didn't even know ctrl shift d changed the time

with 430 hours on the clock. I have never ever seen the hotlapping tool or the random tire deflate tool. This is crazy! Thank you for sharing this to us and thanks to the algorithym for putting this video on my feed. this has to be one most useful videos I have ever seen on youtube haha!

Okay, I learned several things today. Ctrl-Shift-H and D, hotlap tool (and the ability to command AI to race along the checkpoints!), and recover to last road are things that I learned!

Got over 1000 hours in this game and this dude tellin me I can deflate tires with a keybind? Nahh

Thank you for the hotlapping I been wanting to race so but I had to put it on chase or flee and it wasn’t good

That first one is insane. I’ve been wanting to deflate single tires but didn’t know there was a button

I've known BeamNG for over 5 years, and I still don't know some features. It probably also helps the whole fact that I don't actually have the game. 😅

They fixed the radial menu in missions. Before this off road update, you could just go into missions and select whichever vehicle presets you wanted. I had saved a Scintila with drag tires and a machine gun that I would use for fun in the police chase missions.

There's an option in the menu to do that I believe. It's called "competitive mode" or something like that. It's activated by default.

wow those 2 minutes actually felt like 10, this video is really peak efficiency, everything I want to know packed in a very short video, without anything I don't want or anything unnecessary. Also I only knew you could open door's in the ring menu, everything else is new to me

@@oli_onion Those were the tailgates on the Gavril D/H-series and the Pigeon and not everything else.

They probably will over time, but it was very easy to already add it to the H-series’ rear doors and D-series’ tailgate since those where already openable (by pressing a button on the keyboard), so all they had to do was add a mouse-click-trigger to it; the whole opening system in terms of hydros, movement, locks, etc. already existed

I don't really see any reason why it isn't already a feature, considering that they already have the interactive doors from the tailgates, and the doors can open.

I've played BeamNG since it released in late 2013, and... yes i already know these features but i had no idea some of them had keybinds 🤔😅 Okay, actually... i had no idea that forcefield thing existed. So that's something new to me!

You know, I've been playing since 2013, and there were indeed some things I didn't know. Mostly the hotkeys and the force field thing, but that hotlap tool is going to waste probably another hundred hours of my life. I love how this game's slow development is not for nothing. Seems like every major update adds major gameplay improvements and little, interesting things I didn't know about. Just counting the days until they finally add tire temp and wear.

The force field was recently added

i got the game christmas day 2015 i’m glad it’s progressed this far

played with the forcefield tool and i genuinely had fun with it, cars were litterally flying around in every direction, didnt even hit my car
