I am hoping fans of the series will have renewed interest in SCTV and will spread the word about this Classic Canadian Comedy Legend.
I have included all 185 episodes of the Syndicated Series of SCTV. Please note that the Syndicated Series has material not available on the current crop of DVDs, and also that the DVDs have material not available in the Syndicated Series. Please note that there is also material not available in either.

SCTV is still my favorite comedy show. The 80's for me was 2 things: SCTV and the Edmonton Oilers...lol

They would only show this at like 3:00 in the morning...id be all drunk sat. Nights sometimes sleeping in front of the TV. Half asleep id be watchin this stuff and it was so "out there"...i wasnt quite sure if what i was seeing was Real or just a dream i was having.it was so strange sometimes. Loved the TV wall the car drives thru...and TV out the window at the begining.once ya saw that ya said to yerself....oh boy!...its that "f..ked up show" man..kool. but it wasnt on consistantly they used it as a filler....so it was hard to find. When it was over...the Anthem played and that weird TEST pattern came on the set and the channel closed down for a few hours to sleep.

Shot the stars...lol So many stars are a joke today you could shoot 100 episodes of shoot the stars and still have enough material for 100 more.

So I have been watching random episodes for a few hours each day this is the first time I noticed that SCTV NEWS room set has the first letter on the backing board S so is that a hidden pun or something SNEWS or was just a simple mistake that kinda works as a pun
