Ironically the only salmon that survived w/o getting overcooked was surprisingly the wellington/petivier - pork chops were dried out

My family and I tried making the fajita stuffed chicken and you should only use 2 bell peppers at the most. The chicken needs way more time than they say, it took at least an hour to cook for us.
