    I have been crafting and making cards for over 20 years and I’ve noticed that as we learn new techniques or new styles of cards we forget the older ones, I have literally started redoing my old techniques and styles and modernising them a bit and having great fun. Love this video.😍😍

    The mono printing with packing tape is my favourite, it's also a new one for me, or rather the packing tape part.

    OMG....I have gel plates that I've never used because I couldn't figure out how. You have ROCKED MY WORLD with that technique. Also never wound have thought to use the stamps on torn paper. This is gonna be a GREAT weekend of play for me. Glad to met you.

    After watching several videos and seeing see brushes, I found some at a local store and have gone crazy with my brass, metal and plastic stencils....oh my what fun and to get to use my hundreds of tiny brass stencils again after so many years. Love your technique reminders...thanks for sharing!!!

    Kathlene, do you adhere your stencils to the paper so they don't bleed under? If so, what do you use? (I see Y.T. vids of people using Distress Ink blending through stencils and am astounded that that technique seems NOT to bleed under!) Thanks for your input.

    I love the tip about heating embossing powder from the back first. I've been scrapbooking for almost 25 years and that's one I've never heard! New subscriber, thanks so much! I'm teaching a card making class to our homeschool co-op kids this semester.

    Gretchen Kinsey beautifully said!! I feel the same way. I know the struggles of $$ with all the products .. I just build & build my supplies .. Verrrry gradually (except the ones that winter necessarily keep, like ink pads) Have a great rest of the week , & enjoy your weekend☀️✌️☺️

    I'm a brand spankin' newbie to paper crafting so these were all new to me, but I especially liked the kissing technique. Simple execution, big bang payoff. Masking is cool too. 😁👍🏻

    I am going to have to watch this video over and over. So love the gel press mono printing - I have so many stamps I want to use to create mono prints on the tape... and thanks for the tips to save a project when versa mark ink hits the wrong spot on the paper!

    Wow these videos are just what I needed. I have been crafting my own occasion cards for friends and family the past 5 years and I’m always looking for way to up my game. Your videos are so informative and have brought a new element to my crafting. I look forward to seeing your video dedicated for embossing. That is something that I have struggled with and I would love to perfect the skill.

    Lol before I actually watched either video I saw Justines title too and was so bewildered that 2 people would be doing the same topic the same day... within hours of each other... and then I watched the video and it was all explained...     I’m loving these techniques, I’ve not seen a few of them before. I’m gonna try give them all ago on card makes. Especially loved the ripped paper edge with a big stamp over then the kissing technique, amazing n definitely my favourite, think this could be my new favourite technique.     Very intuitive! I learned several helpful techniques. i.e, making with paper towels, kissing from large stamp, stenciling as well as the extra powder on stamping/embossing mistakes. GREAT VIDEO! THANK YOU! 😊🥰

    This is a wonderful video! I used to do oil painting with my grandfather as a child, now years later I’m getting back into creating there are an overwhelming amount of products available and I want to try them all 😂 I prefer watercolor and mixed medium art these days so I especially appreciate the different techniques and products you’re using (and the different angles for the stencil shots to see the thickness of the product-just stopped after that to leave a comment because I’m getting so excited). Wonderful video and great array of techniques for a newbie like me. Thank you!

    I have used torn edges for years in card making, but never stamped over it. It is so effective! I have never seen the tape trick with the gel plate either! Thank you!
