@jungroan if you're going to be doing conner go all the way with redblade offhand swap kek. Or alternatively even more crazy and do manastorm offhand with temporal rift to get both arcane cloak and manastorm bonuses at once. Cause that t17 boss dps looked iffy for a while, like he was tankier than initial uber showcase. Tbh Conners build always looks very low-key overhyped clunky because of all that ramp / downtime and how it's basically 0 attack speed without mageblood and still bad even with... Would be interesting if deadeye variant could solve it but looks like not really, it;s just part of the build.

If you are just looking at pob without opening it, there is likely an unset parameter (mana spent recently) which is crucial for this build working. If you were to look at steve's build at pobb, it has under 100k dps, which is obviously not enough for 12k delve

@@wumi2419 I'm not amazing at PoB and Storm Rain mana build is extra hard to pin since the damage will be so variable. But the dmg of this build should be somewhere in the ballpark of 30-50 mil.
