3 State that a pathogen is transmitted: (a) by direct contact, including through blood and other body fluids (b) indirectly, including from contaminated surfaces, food, animals and air This is what is stated in the syllabus. But other fluids can be urine, saliva, breastmilk. etc....

Directly quoting from the syllabus for paper 0610: “State that a pathogen is transmitted: (a) by direct contact, including through blood and other body fluids (b) indirectly, including from contaminated surfaces, food, animals and air.” I see your potential confusion in this context. While the droplets from a cough can directly reach another person, the term "direct contact" more commonly refers to physical touch or close proximity between individuals.

cough droplets infect the air which is a vector.. from their if one takes up that air it is indirect, direct is like HIV-aids or through blood.

You have to practice the relevant past paper questions as well! Make sure to double-check if Paper 0610 is your code. This resource covers everything you need to know in that paper.
