C2H3NaO2 basically sodium acetate. Very soluble in water. Can be used as a heating pad such as hand warmers.😉

Idk but this could have to do something with it salt water and icecube is a liquid and wont have area for salt but when it melts it absorbs the salt and makes sakt water dont belive my boring brain science

Once that vinegar and baking soda mixture is clear how long can it stay out without going bad or losing its ability to react like that? In other words can the mixture be made the night before then the reactions and experiments the next day or does it have to be done relatively quick.

here in canada, it gets cold enough in our cars that if you leave a bottle of water in the car for a while in the morning, it'll do that insta-freez thing when you hit it. it's actually really cool (no pun intended)

Cool, a few tricks I didn't know about. I've done bag in salty icy bag for ice cream but that nectar looks far more delicious! I love sorbets, a spoon of honey would help break down the ice crystals that form while freezing.

Oh I searched dry ice and it popped up
4:11 in Indonesia we call it "Es Puter" because you put that juice in a cylindric tin inside a pot, and you twist the iced pot with and rolled it for about 30 minutes

6:26 I mean ice is 90-95% air but still it was the best of all tricks i preformed after the instant ice trick (water is already ice but needs a velocity point to turn to ice so when we give it the point in happens)

@@michiganmitten1147 actually, it's sodium acetate and it IS crashing out of solution. Precipitate is a substance that doesn't or really badly dissolves in water, but soduim acetate is soluble in water, as you could see, when he heated the solution to dissolve the sodium salt of acetic acid
