The opposite of the ref not blowing the final whistle happened last Africa Cup, when a ref apparently had a heatstroke and blew off in the 85th minute. The players pointed out his mistake, but then he did it again in minute 89. Ref was Janny Sikazwe and the match was Mali-Tunisia, in 2022. Also, the Stefan Kiessling ghost goal for Bayer Leverkusen deserves a spot.
The Bena Tshadi Vs Basanga match is a match people say "Spooky", but the real reason the Bena Tshadi players died instantly and the Basanga players didn't is because the Bena Tshadi players were wearing metal boots and the lighting tried to struck but they hit the players and the Basanga players were wearing leather or plastic boots and didn't get hit. And that's what happened. You're welcome. 😁

Ages ago, I went to a 'friendly' match between Norway and Belarus - and had the sheer enjoyment of seeing Belarus have their first choice goalkeeper being given two yellow cards and walking off the field. Then theirr substitute goalkeeper came on, lasted about 5 minutes before being shown a direct red card for flipping off the entire stadium lol. I think the stars must've been aligned or something

Oh shii 😂
In the Bena Tshadi vs Basanga game, but the reason why the the team died was because of their football boots: they had metal cleats whilst the other team didn't, so the lightning's electricity went through them and killed them.

They didn’t die, they got injured
That Chelsea vs Tottenham game in the 22/23 season is up there
These matches are nuts absolutely 💯 crazy 🤪 😳
It was impossible for all 11 to die. We saw them moving and one didn't even fall. Maybe after, but not instantly.

Benin vs Congo the reason one team died was because one team wore metal boots and the other wore rubber boots
German referee Ahlenfelder was drunk during a game in the 60s or 70s as well, blew the half-time whistle a good few minutes too early and when one of the players pointed out his mistake, he got everyone out of the dressing rooms to finish the first half.
The Bena Tshadi Vs Basanga match isn´t researched very good. Nobody died at that game.
Good video
Bena tshadi vs basanga i think the bena tshadi players were wearing metal boots like the things under the boots and the basanga players wore all plastic
Your number Two video is wrong , that match was between Moroka Swallows fc vs Jomo Cosmos in South Africa
You showed Jomo Cosmos VS Moroka Swallows, no footage of Bena Tshadi being struck is there.
As a congolese I swear that the lightning bolt was actaully true.
I've no idea what game it was or when this happened but apparently a game was called off due to heavy fog. But nobody told one of the goalkeepers who didn't hear the whistle. I think he stayed on the pitch by himself for around 20 minutes

Me and my cousin kicked 50 times until he won in a fifa penalty shootout
2002 Turkey-Korea Republic the 11 second goal
Wow
I'm sad for the players 😭 ( my country of origin is Congo that's why )
if there was a drunk referee at a arsenal game 5 players would have gotten sent off and 14 yellow cards
I am from Coventry city
The one with the Danish ref who lost his dentures is odd for a number of reasons. While there are a few references to it on various British websites, I can't find any in Danish, which sort of makes me want to call BS on the whole thing. However, those are two pretty obscure clubs even for Danish standards (these days, they're in the 7th and 11th tier), so it seems unlikely that someone in England would pull their names out of thin air. It also would have been in a game in the 5th tier at best (no idea where they played at the time, but not in any of the top 4 divisions), so nothing else about the game would have gotten any nationwide attention. Best guess is that it's been part of the local lore for the past 60 years, and someone with connections to whichever British website posted it first visited one of the clubs a few years ago. Funny how these things can go.

He didnt say anything about the best division in DK from 1960. Professionals wasnt allowed before 1978. Found some info from Nørager in 1961. The first team was relegated from Serie's 4 that year. It may happened, may not. Only way to find out is calling the clubs or asking the local archives though.
But two survived
