@theStyleOG so let me get this straight. Not once in this entire video did you mention not drinking or smoking cuz that adds age to you. And then I get the fact that the product you mentioned is paying you. But have you actually thought about upgrading to something that's actually really affordable and doesn't have chemicals in it that's harmful to your skin? The Rock just released Papatui exclusively to Target and each product is under $10 and works if not just as well but actually better than the product you are endorsing. Not trying to hate. But as a 50-year-old man I care about how I look. I look like I'm in my mid thirties so that means I must be doing something right!

Everything you said was entirely correct! 👍 I enjoy all of your videos. I've been watching you for quite some time now. You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned the excessive weight gain and sullen expression that could lead to health problems. Impeccable hygiene is a must. I concur with that, as well as your sense of style and attire. That is ideal. That is accurate. You are entirely correct. #fashion #style #health #hygiene

How to age more gracefully? Stay active and stay curious. There’s always something new to learn and explore. I’m 68. My motto is: “I may age, but I refuse to grow old.”

1998,there's nothing wrong with growing old,it's a blessing. On my 2nd deployment to Iraq while on a routine patrol we got hit with a-MEAN-ambush,lost 8 of my friends in this ambush.Myself and another sgt got severely injured from the vehicle we were in,the other 3 occupants died. Those 3 soldiers were close friends of mine. Me and the other sgt ( he doesn't want his name revealed ) were flown back to our FOB,stabilished, then flown to Ramstien Air Force hospitol in Germany,I stayed there for 3 1/2 months and the other sgt stayed much longer. I was flown back to my unit at Ft Hood,TX ( now renamed Ft Cavazos ) and did several more months of recovery and physical therapy.I did 4 deployments to Iraq, seen so many people die horrible deaths,women,kids,elderly,etc,etc,..the main thing I learned is-IT"S GOOD to be-ALIVE !!! And grow older,it's a blessing indeed. SEMPER-FI

When I retired, my wife wanted me to "sit down" when I did, after about 4-6 months I found about 25lbs sitting on the couch next to me. I started riding motorcycles when I was 52 and now at 66 and still riding, my wife wants me to get a trike...I'm not there yet. It's not quite time to sit down again and find more lbs.

It's such a turn off, missing teeth, brown stained, cavities, etc. Please take care of your mouth, it's a part of taking care of your health. If you're fearful, there are so many things to help you relaxing lessen the pain. Do it for us, but especially for yourself. Some I'd add: 1. Drug addiction, which includes smoking and drinking. If you have a drinking problem get that fixed IMMEDIATELY. 2. Negativity. Negativity is a silent killer because it's a chronic stresser. 3. Let go of grudges. Like negativity, grudges are a chronic stresser and weigh you down. The person is out of your life, just let it go.

That's why I've been hitting the gym for the past 3-4 years...especially during the pandemic. And I just recently hit 50. When not in the gym and the weather is good, I do some rucksacking with added weight with a tactical backpack, via long brisk walks/jogs. Helps to be near a beachfront...in my case by one of the great lakes.

I hunt, fish, ride a bike , golf lift weights. I rarely eat red meat . I eat wild game, rabbit, venison, and fish. My sons are 39. & 41 and between them I have four grandchildren. Getting old is the goal. Embrace the fact that you are in not in jail or dead. Raise your children, take care of your wife/home/cars. This is the truth in too many of our communities. It's not easy, but the rewards are high.

Aging tips not included here but ones that have been covered previously: Check your T and if your low look into TRT. A licensed naturopath is not going to let you go nuts but will help you maximize your health. Count calories, it’s not hard and helps you keep yourself accountable. Lift, does not have to be two a days trying to set PR’s, but combined with T if your low like I was, you will see results that make you want to go back again and again. Move, hike, bike, walk, run what ever just move some. You get one chance at life and live how you like, but make sure your living not just existing,

Especially beyond just the appearance but I love that u mentioned our health. Please talk about that more. Body positivity is ok but when you are hurting your health that's serious. I don't believe in coincidence or happenstance. I was scrolling through videos on FB which I almost never do but came to yours and watched. Glad I did. My favorite part is leaving some grey if you choose to dye beard. I've said this to a couple of my people. Unfortunately only 2 out of my small circle got it. I will tell all of them about your page just to check it out. I'll leave another comment in about a month to see if there's more of my people looking correct.

This is from my experience. Social isolation can age someone like nothing else. I'm taking care of my mother and working from home can really drive my isolation. I must have physical and social activities. Hobbies that other folks partake in around other enthusiasts also helps. Finally, if you are involved with someone who purposely isolates you, get the hell out of that relationship.

5:52 That is the truth. in your 20s you have nothing but boundless energy. I hustle where it's needed, but I relish in my rest. I refuse to rely on meds to put me to sleep and caffeine to keep me up, never needed it and don't want it. 6:47 I used to think that my posture was rigid and hated it for years after seeing a video of myself. But when I was standing outside a building, a polished OG was talking with his friends he left them, came up to me and commended me for having perfect posture, said that I showed confidence. Jeff, I would say another thing that makes a man look old, having zero zest for life, having an insipid disposition. Smile and laugh a little gentlemen, it does wonders.

Fantastic video. One trick I have to look younger is one, dress well, their is no age for fashion, 40's and 50's David Beckham is an example, Other fashion examples for men in their 60's Stanley Tucci and 70's and older I can recommend Jeff Glodblum as an example.
