Hi Adam, how's it going ? That was an excellent video lesson Adam, very educational. I've got a doubt, Can we classify those expressions as Idioms, slangs or phrasal verbs ?. I already knew two of those expressions but I didn't know where they come from, I mean I didn't know they come from sports. Thanks for the video Adam, it was great.

10 out of 10. It was not easy to fully understand the meaning of some expressions because I don't know well the dynamics underlying some sports from which these expressions are borrowed. However, by and large, it seemed like an extremely interesting lesson to me.

In this writer could write 'were found high,then it's meaning was clear but meaning of 'were found to be high' is not clear (if it were 'to be+v3' then it's sense would understandable but is given' to be V1' what is this structure ) pls tell
well i thought "step up" also meant "promoted" or "be in a better situation", is it not right? i was using "step up" that way, like "at least you got better pay, that's a step up"
