I can't do dried floral arrangements (allergies, etc), but I change things up with different toss pillows, throw blankets, artwork, and even the main rug on my tile floors. Changing out the candlesticks on the coffee table from white wood to silver mercury glass works well, too. Totally gives a warm holiday vibe!

I love my battery powered candles. I am older and afraid that I might some day forget to put real ones out. Plus, I am allergic to many scents. The battery candles allow me to give my home a warm cozy feel without even having to think about it. They come in handy during electric blackouts also.

I have already decorated my home with that fall look, however, I switched around a little bit as I'm using cobalt-blue and white with my throws & pillows since my sectional is white. Moreover, I'm utilizing large vases and baskets with the same dry arrangement that you found in IKEA.BTW, I'm definitely will be getting the rechargeable light bulb gadget. Stay Safe & Healthy... I have! I love this time of year, autumn colours cosy boots and jumpers and I changed my cushions and throws, to warm oranges and added some cider smells around the house too, 🍂🍁🎃

I started my fall decor the first days of September. This past weekend I transitioned/fused them to/with Halloween. The pumpkin urge hasn’t kicked in yet. I’ve also been lighting more candles around the house in September - they just make me feel good no matter what season. Now, when’s the house tour video? 😘

I like your suggestions. I have all my lamps plugged into timers so that I don't have to deal with turning them on/off, especially during the winter. It is nice to walk in the house and feel nice and cozy right away. BTW, I do the same with all the Christmas lights inside and outside of house. I am too lazy to go around the house and turn off all the holiday decorations every night! 😆

I switched awhile ago to foaming hand soap dispensers. They are the best! You can take regular liquid hand soap and just thin it alot with just water - works great. You don't have to use as much soap. I think once you do the foaming soap you don't want to go back.

They're not being read, they're decor props to add interest and height. Lots of vloggers just flat out admit they just pick up pretty books from thrift stores and the content does not matter. Book lovers should just ignore that decor advice, lol. Kristen is good about it since it's just a few so she likely knows what they are, and her reading books might be in another room, but I've seen other vloggers who have full bookshelves 😏 I think books never clash with decor. Show those spines! 😊

Kristen. I love what you did for Fall. I have a question. I got really good at being a plant mom. I love the way my plants looked mixed in my summer and spring decor but I’m not liking how they look mixed in with Fall. Especially dried flowers and then a fresh plant near by. What do you suggest?
