I want to install trim work in my house but there's only 2 walls where you'd really see it due to furniture placement. Is it okay to do just one feature wall with trim work?? Or does that look funny

In Italy rentals very often don't have a kitchen, so you have to buy one, either from Ikea or other shops, there's less vandalism and graffiti here.

Early on when she moved in, she used to emphasize renter friendly solutions in her videos. As time went on, looks like her landlord trusted her to put moulding up.

It is not only that you are an experienced interior designer and have a very sophisticated style that is elegant and cosy at the same time - but the most important aspect is that you love this house and really see it as the home for your future family. You will definitely lead a wonderful family life in there. You are very lucky to have found this house, but your house is even luckier that you and Chris have got hold of it and have turned it into wonderful home.

I've rented many very nice homes. I have never been allowed to paint or do any major changes. I find it so interesting that you were allowed to but wow....great job.

I love your family room. It does make me smile when you say you’ve used bold paint 😊. Those are some pretty lite colors except for the family room which is gorgeous. I wish you had a little more color pop with a darker green or gray. The kitchen maybe ☺️

Totally agree about adding to what you can’t change. When I painted my main area white and put in black highlights, the black and white lighting made sense. The lights certainly didn’t go with the yellowy cream walls, orange TnG (and floor) and pink carpet. The dated lights are on the list to change out one day. You’re lucky to have a landlord that allowed you to do so much.
