I like the height of this cake. Can you tell me how high each layer would be and how much buttercream do you recommend I make for this?

Hi! The cake on the video thumbnail is a 6" cake made with 3 layers, a little over 1 inch high. I use half of a batch of my 4 Minute Buttercream to fill and frost a cake that size.
