Which whipped cream you have used ?
Hey Emily, can you tell me where you get your thin cake boards (1/4" I assume) Made your buttercream last weekend and it's so easy to work with, but I used all salted butter and it was a little too salty. Next time, I'll use 3 or 4 sticks unsalted and 1 stick salted for balance.

Do you let your cakes completely chill on the countertop before put them in the refrigerator to crumb coat it and then after crumb coating it and then putting it back in the fridge and doing your final frosting and decorating the cake can you keep it in the fridge for two days before serving it

The cakes arrived perfectly intact and ready to be decorated. Everyone thought I was crazy for trying to transport a 4 layer 6 inch cake and a 4 layer 10 inch cake in checked suitcases. They were amazed when they arrived unscathed.

That's amazing!! It's a simple easy way to decorate a cake with an elaborate design! Also the possibilities are endless!! Thank you so much for sharing this idea with us!! I've always worried about how I'm going to decorate my cakes hand pipe flowers so I usually go basic or use my Russian piping tips if the frosting I'm using is stiff enough but I can do this all the time!

Hi! Thank you for your videos. Quick question, how do you know the ratio for each pan, I’m starting this baking journey and have a lot to learn. Also, is there any beginner friendly that you would recommend? Thank you for the amazing videos!!
Hi! You can weigh the batter by putting a pan on the scale, pressing zero and then adding however much batter you guess is half or a third (depending on whether you're using 2 or three pans). Switch back and forth between your pans, adding a little at a time until they all weigh the same. OR you can use a measuring cup and add a cup at a time to each pan, rotating between them, and that way they'll all have about the same at the end. What kind of beginner friendly things are you looking for?
