You are really sincere and hope that Allah guide you and us to the straight path. We love Jesus pbuh as a mighty Prophet but he was not God. As dr Zakir Naik said: if a christian means someone who follows the teaching of Jesus pbuh then we Muslims are more Christian then the Christians themselves.❤

Christianity is the dominant religion in the west because it was the official religion of the conquering army. Islam is the dominant religion in the east because it was the official religion of the conquering army. Every monarchy (dictatorship) throughout history proclaimed a "divine right" to rule, and any objections were against "god's will" and the Christian/Muslim/Whatever King would have blaspheming heretic's head chopped off. Most humans want to live, so if they had to kneel 5 times per day or eat wafers washed down with wine every Sunday then that's what they did. The Founding Fathers of America recognized this, which is why they did their best to prevent religion-based power taking hold in the developing United States government. The gods worshipped today are no more real than the gods of Olympus or Valhalla. If there really was an all knowing, all seeing, and omnipotent god with "one true religion" then shouldn't he/she/it have spread a consistent message to all humans across the earth from the very beginning? Not to do so is a guaranteed recipe for bloodshed, conquest, genocide. famine and destruction under the banner of "religion". How do I know this? Because that's what happened, and is still happening today. If there is a God that allowed this to happen, when he/she/it had the power to spread a consistent message, then he/she/it God is a stone-cold and sadistic psychopath killer. There is a lot of wisdom to be found in ancient religious text. There is also a lot of evil to be found in ancient religious text. Keep in mind that HUMAN BEINGS wrote these religious texts, and human beings can be mercilessly ruthless with the "truth" and human life when it comes to protecting their own self interests. Both the Koran and the Bible approving of slavery is a prime example. I like the Buddhist philosophy which accepts the fact nobody knows what happens when you die, so don't waste time speculating. Be a good person that shows love, compassion, empathy, charity and do good things for your community to make life better for everyone. Marcus Aurelius said it best with "argue not what a good man should be, just be one."

Which is why religious tribes have gone to war with each since the dawn of religion. Religions are based in totalitarianism. What has history taught us about the results from totalitarian societies? The results have always been the same, and horrifically unpleasant for humans.
