No, you can get knocked out and recover. If you watch the UFC, you will see it all the time. People catch a nice punch or kick to the head and you can see their eyes roll back in their head, then slowly come back to life after defending themselves for a minute or two. I would say about 80% of knockouts end in the way you think, though. Most knockouts end at the time of the KO.

corey hamby no, that's false! He had 4xl when he first started but his hands got bigger when he returned to fight Mark Hunt. They couldn't get a pair made in time so he continued to use the 4xl. Shane Carwin's hands were bigger. They have to cut the glove and tape them back on.
