My uncle is head of security of the grounds at Biltmore. My cousin works in the Bistro. They live on the grounds there in a small house just off a small path beside the winery. The place, especially the mansion itself has some skeletons in it's closet. The owner is Cornelia's son. He has told the staff before that after her parents died she absolutely refused to go back to the house, and chose instead to give it to her son when he was mature enough to deal with it appropriately. But security wonders what will happen to it once his grandson takes over. The current owner is very old, and his grandson is around 30yrs but still not mature with finances. Aside from their Christmas candle tours, the workers in the mansions WILL NOT work there after dark. They've said ghosts appear in the large sitting rooms, and you can hear voices most often in the servants' hallway upstairs. My uncle complains a lot about a light blue gown that he's stopped several times, always at dusk, and always around the old stables. He said she looks confused but if you stop her and ask questions she just stares and never answers. When he drives off she disappears in his rear view mirror. The owner has said Cornelia went to great lengths to keep him away from her father as he grew up, so those who've worked there for decades like my uncle wonder what kind of abuses may have happened in the mansion walls. I can't deny the hearing voices part. I get free 3yr passes bc of my relation to my uncle, and have heard moaning and crying in a sitting room when walking through the house later one afternoon on a slow day. It's a creepy feeling. I've never gone back in the house after that.

They wanted to do something unique, & it ended looking not so good. Though it has 27 floors, it's height is that of regular 60 floors as several floors have double height ceiling. Interiors are designed by architects of Ritz hotel, New York. 2 more similar buildings are coming up in Mumbai, 1 which is complete is JK residence, another business family of Mumbai.

Me too. I was doing ok till that POS "IRA Renard " who owns the last home in this video bought the company I worked at and then closed it down. Putting thousands out of work. Pensions/health care lost. Most spent their lives at that job and know nothing else. No one wants a 59 year old woman. Now I have nothing, NOTHING! And that is how people like Ira Renard make their money.
