Casio is so successful because they make a watch (design, color, size, features, etc.) for almost everyone.

I have many Casios, but the simplicity and small lightweight scale of the MQ-24 is my favorite.

I bought my f91w to start my collection next up is AE-1200 which I got to know about because of your shorts, keep making these shorts I love them.

For me I love the a168. I'm actually wearing it right now. That classic and elegant Retro look 👌🏽 🔥

The best difference of the a168 is it has an indiglow type light up face, not a tiny led in the corner.

MQ-24 is very popular for highschool students here in South Korea. College exam, locally called 'SooNeung' have regulations that forbids any watches with a display. MQ-24 is analog, reliable, and most of all, cheap. The cheapest one I could find for sale right now is around 10 USD including shipping.

I brought a simple Casio MQ-24-7B2 watch, overall a great simple watch for easy readability. I just love Casio watches, they are probably the best affordable watches in the world

I have a blacked out w-800 and it is my favourite over my gshock and pro trek with how it shows the year, so much information on that small face

The reason we love casio is that they look so simple yet so beautiful and they do what they say and you dont have to throw money to get your wrist a partner

But i see the difference in bracelet width & shade between a158 & a168

A168 gang. Best cheap watch imo. Steel is much nicer to wear than the plastic strap, and the electroluminescent backlight is actually way better than the LED.

The case is resin, with some silver paint to make it look like metal. There is a kit available which contains a metal case with sapphire crystal!

Bezel is still plastic but there are mod kits for it. Great watch and I get compliments for a 30 dollar casio xD

​@ChronometerCheck yeah, D098 I have this from several years. Steel strap but only downside is, the dial made of plastic and it is prone to scratches while case is of resin. Resin case has lost the volor due to wear-tear but it looks even awesome as it gets older.

What about Casio G-Shock ga-1200 , it is one of the best

Is this a statire? 3 pieces of obvious evidences: Calling the AE-1200 original, when it is more or less a clone of the seiko g757 5020 Saying the main difference between the a158 and a168 is the colors and “slightly different design” when the actually important differense is the use of EL in the a168 over LED in the a158, and the increased thickness of the a168. The “casio ten-year battery” which is not a watch but a feature of many watches. 2 different waches are shown the w-800 which occurs later on and the dw 291h. Every entry has equally wrong statements, those are 3 are the most glaring.
