In the quest to attain a Greek god-like physique, you need to workout, rest, and eat! In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro and Fashion Anchor says that all calories are not created equal with the quest for muscle mass. These are Alpha's opinion. What is your favorite body building food?
Foods to Build Mass
1. Eggs - best bang for your buck. They're affordable, great snack, and all 9 essential amino acids.
2. Lean beef - one of the best foods to put on serious quality size
3. Chicken breast - protein-packed option and a medium breast is the perfect portion
4. Cottage cheese - low fat or no-fat is super easy to grab. It's casein protein, a slow digesting protein. The downsides are the dairy and sodium
5. Fish - cod, salmon, and tilapia are Alpha's favorites.
6. Avocado - you need the fats for body functions
7. High quality protein powder
8. Oatmeal - low on glycemic index, keeps you feel, and high in fiber
9. Sweet potato - one of Alpha's all time favorite foods, lower glycemic index than white potato
10. Whole grains - brown rice, quinoa, wheat berries

Canned meats are cheaper than a dozen eggs and have more protein per $1. Canned Salmon, Canned Herring, Canned Chicken, Canned Beef....all usually about $1.28 a can with 15g-21g protein and will get you fucking swole if you workout and lift. Just the Canned Herring twice a day will help you pack on mass.

No they are overrated and worthless. Research Dr Weston A Price on youtube and google read about fat vs water soluble vitamins we humans get vitamins minerals and fatty acids from meat not vegetation foods . . Look at human history and how we humans have been surving for 5 million years have you ever seen vegetables growing in the wild or even fruit every time you go outsides in nature do you find vegetables? No they hardly exist most are GMO and are man made and cultivated in a laboratory they dont exist in this world. You can find animals all year round because meat is what we humans have been eating since the beginning that is what made us so intelligent bone marrow meat and animal organs. Look at our hunter and gatherer ancestors eskimos native Americans africans WHO LIVED WITHOUT MODERN DISEASE WHO WE COME FROM. If you cant find it outside in nature or the wild then where does it come from? Vegetables dont even exist they are not healthy use common sense we have been lied to all our life by the government and doctors. Sure some plants can have benefits but what really matters is eating the animal nose to tail organs bone marrow muscle meat getting actual nutrition like we have been doing for thousands of years.

Vegetables - yes. Nuts... you don't really need them. They quite expensive comparing what you getting from them and how much meat or eggs you can buy with that. They are good but not that essential at all. You need the vegetables, but you don't get big on vegetables. If we're talking about muscle and size than it's meat(s), eggs, cheese etc.
