The NEVER STOP ON THE HIGHWAY part happens a lot on S. I-95 in Florida. However, if you hit a car that is STOPPED on the highway YOU will get the ticket. Why? Because you should have had control of ur vehicle... stupid I know, but that’s the way it works here in FL🙄

I'm one hand at 7. Becomes habit with a manual transmission.

Its year 2020 and I think a lot of automakers got rid of the Hand E-Brake and replaced with Electronic E-Brake now. So you cannot rip the E-Brake and power over now.
